Jujutsu Legacy Dabura Guide – Boss Location, Skills, Codes

The latest Jujutsu Legacy update arrived a little earlier than expected, and with it came one of the strongest limited techniques in the game—Dabura (Light Manipulation). If you’ve been wondering where to find the boss, how rare the drop is, or whether it’s worth farming, this guide covers everything.

I spent some time going through the update details and showcase, and one thing became obvious almost immediately: this isn’t a technique you want to ignore. The drop rate is painfully low, but the damage output is among the highest currently available.

Let’s go over everything you need to know before you start grinding.

Jujutsu Legacy Dabura Guide – Boss Location, Skills, Codes

Unlike techniques that come from spins or quests, Dabura is obtained by defeating the Dabura Boss.

The boss has a chance to drop the Light Manipulation technique after you defeat him.

Drop Rate

  • Drop Chance: 0.5%
  • Technique Grade: Calamity

That means, on average, this is one of the rarest techniques in the game. Don’t expect to get it after a few kills—you may need quite a bit of farming before it finally drops.

Dabura Boss Location

Finding Dabura is actually the easy part.

From the main map:

  • Head toward the Agito area.
  • Continue past Mahoraga.
  • Keep moving in the direction of the Kashimo area.
  • Ignore Kashimo and continue straight.
  • Dabura will spawn further ahead.

Once you know the route, reaching the boss only takes a minute or two.

Dabura Spawn Time

The Dabura boss is surprisingly generous when it comes to respawns.

Spawn Time: Every 1 minute

Since the respawn timer is short, players can continuously farm the boss without waiting very long between attempts.

The real challenge isn’t the spawn timer—it’s surviving the fight and getting lucky with the drop.

Best Way to Defeat Dabura

The boss isn’t just rare—he’s incredibly strong.

Boss Stats

  • Around 5 Million HP
  • Extremely high damage
  • Dangerous combo attacks

Because of this, many players will struggle if they fight normally.

The recommended strategy is using Meguna.

Why?

Mahoraga’s Adaptation allows you to gradually become resistant to Dabura’s attacks, making the fight much safer. Without adaptation, many of Dabura’s attacks can delete your health extremely quickly.

If you’re planning long farming sessions, Meguna is easily the safest option.

Dabura (Light Manipulation) Moveset

This technique focuses on overwhelming enemies with massive light-based attacks. Nearly every skill deals extremely high damage while covering a large area.

Several abilities even have alternate versions that activate while airborne.

Let’s go through each move.

Z Skill – Divine Light

Divine Light launches multiple beams or strands of light toward your opponent.

It’s a fast ranged attack that hits surprisingly hard while also looking impressive.

One of the best things about this move is that it doesn’t feel slow or clunky, making it useful during both PvE and PvP.

Air Variation

Using Divine Light while airborne changes the attack completely.

Instead of firing straight beams, your character creates the famous light staircase seen during Dabura’s fight.

Besides looking amazing, it also deals excellent damage and offers more range than the grounded version.

X Skill – Light Barrage

This move unleashes rapid light projectiles that hit the target repeatedly.

The animation is quick, making it useful for:

  • Applying pressure
  • Continuing combos
  • Dealing consistent burst damage

The showcase demonstrated damage numbers reaching hundreds of thousands with this attack alone.

C Skill – Light Erasure

Light Erasure is one of the strongest moves in the entire kit.

Your character fires an enormous beam of light that continuously damages anything caught inside.

During the showcase, the damage kept increasing until it exceeded one million total damage, making it one of the highest damage abilities in the moveset.

Air Variation

The airborne version replaces the beam with a large explosion of light.

Although the animation is shorter, it’s excellent for catching enemies below you and still deals massive damage.

V Skill – Divine Execution

Divine Execution is a grab-style attack.

Once it connects:

  • Your target is carried through the air.
  • Multiple explosions trigger during the animation.
  • The total damage becomes incredibly high.

Because of internet lag during the showcase, the full damage wasn’t displayed correctly, but it’s estimated to exceed one million damage when every hit connects.

This is easily one of the flashiest abilities in the technique.

B Skill – Speed of Light

This attack focuses on pure speed.

Your character instantly rushes toward the enemy before delivering a devastating kick.

It’s much faster than most mobility attacks and works well as either an opener or combo finisher.

The move also appears capable of grabbing opponents if timed correctly.

Ultimate – Dark Light Singularity

If there is one move that makes people want this technique, it’s this one.

Dark Light Singularity creates an enormous light explosion capable of dealing absurd damage.

During the showcase:

  • Damage exceeded 2 million.
  • The area of effect was huge.
  • The animation looked incredible.

This is easily one of the strongest ultimate attacks currently available.

Awakening

Dabura’s Awakening resembles Sukuna’s transformation style.

It doesn’t introduce an entirely separate moveset, but it greatly enhances the technique’s overall visual presentation and makes the already powerful attacks look even more intimidating.
