Best Rods to Wish For in Fisch Skycrest Update Roblox

If you’re using your wish in the Fisch Skycrest Update, picking the right rod can make a big difference. There are several strong options, but they aren’t all designed for the same thing. Some are better for making money, while others focus on easier catches, mutations, or relic farming.

In this guide, I’ll go through the best rods you can wish for and explain what each one actually does. That way, you can choose based on what you need instead of simply picking the rod with the biggest Luck stat.

I’ll start with the strongest general options and then cover the more specialized rods. If you’re still deciding what to wish for, the breakdown below should make that choice much easier.

Noise Form

Noise Form is one of the strongest all-around options if your main goal is making money.

It comes with:

  • 290% Luck
  • 65% Resilience
  • Infinite Weight Capacity

Its passive also increases fish weight by 22%, gives access to the Soultorn and Float mutations, and provides additional progress speed.

There’s another useful effect too. Every catch has a 35% chance to give you another Soultorn fish, which can add a lot of extra value when you’re stacking catches.

Noise Form Minigame

Noise Form has a special minigame where different zones can appear every 3.5 seconds.

Choosing the correct zone gives you 20% progress and a 33% chance to get Rhythmic.

Star Beams can also drop arrows that provide additional progress.

The downside is that choosing the wrong zone reduces your control by 28%, and making four mistakes ends the minigame completely.

So while Noise Form has excellent farming potential, you’ll need to pay attention during its minigame.

Astria Serenade

Astria Serenade is probably one of the safest all-purpose rods to wish for.

It has:

  • 300% Luck
  • 30% Control
  • Infinite Weight Capacity

Its passive gives you 50% progress speed, several useful mutation chances, and even a chance to instantly fill the progress bar.

Flurry of Stars

Astria Serenade also has Flurry of Stars, which can provide another 30% progress during normal fishing.

The effect becomes even stronger during Starfall.

Another reason to consider Astria Serenade is its expected future value, as the rod is expected to receive a buff. So even if you’re not completely sold on it right now, it could become an even stronger option later.

Astral Hook

If you want something more balanced, Astral Hook is another good choice.

Its stats include:

  • 200% Luck
  • 20% Control
  • 20% Resilience

The stars associated with the rod periodically provide 15% progress.

It also gets another 15% progress speed, while its passive makes the rod particularly useful against harder fish or catches that have progress restrictions.

This makes Astral Hook a nice option if your biggest problem isn’t money, but actually landing difficult catches consistently.

Migurd

If your priority is money and relics, Migurd is one of the most interesting rods on the list.

It has:

  • 427% Lure Speed
  • 237% Luck
  • Infinite Weight Capacity

Every three catches, the Mesmerizer activates and gives you two different fish.

These fish always receive the Mesmerized mutation, along with additional chances for valuable effects:

  • 14% chance for Shiny
  • 9% chance for an Enchant Relic
  • 1% chance for an Exalted Relic

That’s already a pretty strong farming combination.

Chimera’s Wrath

Each fish also has a 41% chance to trigger Chimera’s Wrath.

When active, successful dodges provide 4% progress, while the rod gets a 1.41x higher chance for rare finds.

Migurd also has a 40.1% chance for Supersonic, and you instantly start the minigame with 31% progress.

The biggest problem is its terrible Resilience.

Still, if you’re mainly interested in farming valuable fish and relics, the amount of extra value you can get makes Migurd extremely appealing.

Castbound

Castbound is another rod that focuses heavily on money-making.

It has:

  • Infinite Lure Speed
  • 390% Luck
  • Infinite Weight Capacity

Its passive gives you a 50% chance to receive an additional fish with one of four valuable mutations.

The rod also has a slash mechanic that continues adding progress during the minigame.

The minigame becomes stranger the longer you maintain a perfect catch, but the mutation value is the main reason you’d want this rod.

If you’re looking for a farming rod with strong mutation potential, Castbound is definitely worth considering.

Rod of the Cosmos

Finally, we have Rod of the Cosmos, which is much more specialized than the other options.

You generally shouldn’t wish for this as your primary money-making rod.

Instead, its entire purpose is Cosmic Relic farming.

During Starfall, Rod of the Cosmos has a 2% chance to reel in a Cosmic Relic and also gets 50% additional progress speed.

Outside of Starfall, the Cosmic Relic chance drops to 0.1%.

That makes it much more niche, but it has a very clear purpose.

If you don’t want to use Stella Wave, or you specifically want a dedicated rod for macroing Cosmic Relics, Rod of the Cosmos can make sense as your wish.

The best rod to wish for in the Fisch Skycrest Update really comes down to what you’re missing from your collection.

Don’t automatically choose a rod just because it has the highest Luck number. A specialized rod that solves the exact problem you’re dealing with can be much more valuable than another general-purpose option.

For most players, I’d look closely at Noise Form, Astria Serenade, Migurd, and Castbound first. But if your goal is difficult catches or Cosmic Relics, Astral Hook and Rod of the Cosmos have much clearer roles.
