The giant Crystal Door at the new Skycrest Island in Fisch is one of the new secrets players can unlock by collecting crystals from different locations around the map.
How to Open the Crystal Door in Fisch
In this post, we will tell you how to get the four crystals needed to open the giant door on the floor at Skycrest Island. We will go through each crystal location and explain exactly what you need to do.
Interestingly, there are more crystals available in the update, but this particular Crystal Door only requires four. Once you have collected them, you can return to Skycrest Island and unlock the entrance.
First Crystal Location – Moosewood
The first crystal is located at Moosewood.
Head over to the Lighthouse and make your way all the way to the top. You will need to climb the stairs until you reach the highest point.
Once you are at the top, you will find the crystal waiting there.
Simply hold E to collect it, and you will have your first crystal.
Second Crystal Location – Roselit Campfire
For the second crystal, make your way over to Roselit.
Look for the campfire and interact with the NPC standing near it. The NPC will give you a quest that requires an Albino Mutated Fish from Skycrest Island.
After receiving the quest, travel to Skycrest and catch the required Albino Mutated Fish.
Once you have it, return to the NPC at Roselit and hand over the fish. She will then give you the second crystal.
Third Crystal Location – Forsaken Shores
The third crystal can be obtained at Forsaken Shores.
When you arrive, find the large skull and jump inside it.
Inside, you will find the Treasure Map NPC. Talk to him and pay the required 500,000.
After making the payment, the NPC will give you the third crystal.
Fourth Crystal Location – Snowcap Pond
For the fourth and final crystal needed for the door, travel to Snowcap Pond.
Take a left and interact with the NPC in the area. He will tell you that he has lost his rod and ask you to find it.
Jump down into the nearby area and continue inside. Keep walking until you reach the end, where you will find the missing rod.
Press E to pick it up.
After that, return to the NPC and give him his rod back. In exchange, he will reward you with the fourth crystal.
Return to Skycrest Island and Open the Door
Once we have all four crystals, it is time to return to the giant Crystal Door at Skycrest Island.
Even though there are additional crystals available around the map, this door only requires four crystals to open.
Return to the door with all four required pieces, and you can unlock the entrance to access the area behind it.
What Is Behind the Crystal Door?
After opening the door, there appears to be additional content to explore inside the new area.
There is reportedly a new NPC-related quest and a bonfire where you can feed fish. Feeding fish to the bonfire may give you additional Idol Levels.
There are also mentions of a possible 25th fruit in the area. However, this part was not confirmed, so it is best to explore the location yourself after opening the gate and see what is currently available.
Crystal Door Requirements Summary

- Moosewood: Go to the top of the Lighthouse and collect the crystal.
