Where to Find Sam
If you are looking for Sam, a player confirmed her location in the community comments.
Sam lives in the Greystone Estates.
You can find her on Floor 1 (F1), Apartment 1.
So if your quest requires you to speak with Sam, head over to Greystone Estates and check the first floor. Apartment 1 is the location you need.
Where to Find Akira
Akira is another NPC that players have had trouble locating.
According to a helpful player comment, Akira is the skeleton located on F1/F2 of the tall apartment building directly above your house.
This location can be easy to forget because you may not immediately expect the NPC to be inside that particular building. If you have been searching around Elderfield for Akira, head to the tall apartment directly above your house and check the F1/F2 area.
