The latest Basketball: Zero update is centered around one of the most anticipated limited styles yet—Chrollo. If you enjoy breaking defenders with flashy dribble combos instead of simply relying on raw speed, this style is going to be right up your alley.

Basketball Zero CHROLLO V2 STYLE Update Guide – Codes
Chrollo is a Limited Style, meaning it won’t always be available to obtain.
The style focuses on deception, ankle breakers, counterattacks, and creating space through advanced dribble combinations. Many of its abilities have multiple follow-up options depending on your timing and inputs, making it one of the more technical styles currently available.
Ability 1 – Bandit Dribble (On Ball)
The first ability is Bandit Dribble, which is designed to help you beat defenders one-on-one.
When activated, your player performs a sharp crossover before instantly changing directions. The sudden movement makes it much easier to create separation and start driving toward the basket.
If the defender is positioned directly in front of you and your timing is accurate, they’ll trigger a special ankle-break animation, leaving them completely out of position.
Second Activation – Bandit Crossover
Press the ability again while close to a defender.
Your character threads the basketball between the defender’s legs before spinning around them in one smooth motion.
Besides looking stylish, this move quickly puts you past your defender, making it ideal for attacking the paint.
Ability 1.5 – Bandit Cut (Off Ball)
When playing without possession, Ability 1 changes into Bandit Cut.
Instead of focusing on dribbling, it helps you quickly reposition and create space before receiving a pass.
Second Activation – Bandit Three
If you’re close to a defender, activating the follow-up move lets you separate from them before setting yourself up for a three-point opportunity.
This makes Chrollo dangerous even when teammates are handling the ball.
Ability 2 – Bandit Cloak (On Ball)
Bandit Cloak starts with a spin dribble before branching into multiple options depending on your next input.
This flexibility lets experienced players react differently based on the defender’s positioning.
Option 1 – Delayed Floater
After exiting the spin, your player fakes an early floater before briefly delaying the actual release.
The hesitation often causes defenders to jump too early, giving you an easier finish.
Option 2 – Snatchback
Instead of attacking the rim, you can perform a powerful snatchback.
Using this option also increases the speed and distance of your next Q dribble, making future attacks even harder to defend.
No Input
If you don’t press anything after activating Bandit Cloak, your player simply completes the spin and exits the move normally.
Ability 2.5 – Phantom Intercept (Off Ball)
This ability turns Chrollo into a dangerous defender.
Whenever an opponent throws a pass, Phantom Intercept allows you to instantly dash into the passing lane, steal the ball, and continue moving without losing momentum.
Because there’s almost no slowdown after the interception, you can immediately begin a fast break.
Awakening – Creator
Activating Chrollo’s Awakening unlocks Creator, giving access to three unique abilities that completely change your playstyle.
Awakening Ability 1 – Time Erasure
Time Erasure temporarily freezes nearby opponents while allowing your player to move freely.
As you move through frozen defenders, each one becomes marked.
Once the ability ends, time resumes and every marked opponent is hit with a rapid sequence of dribble attacks before play continues normally.
It’s both an offensive highlight move and an effective way to dismantle an entire defense.
Awakening Ability 2 – Creator Counter
Creator Counter changes depending on what your opponent attempts.
Countering Steals
If someone tries to steal the ball, successfully avoiding it lets you activate a second input that punishes the defender with a flashy through-the-legs move, ending in an ankle breaker.
Countering Dunk Blocks
When challenged at the rim, Creator Counter lets you overpower the defender mid-air before finishing the dunk.
Countering Shot Blocks
If a defender jumps to contest your shot, the counter lets you evade the block and confidently knock down the basket while leaving the defender on the floor.
This ability rewards players who can accurately read their opponents.
Awakening Ability 3 – Creator’s Secret
Creator’s Secret is easily one of the most unique mechanics introduced in Basketball: Zero.
After using the first two awakening abilities, you’ll unlock a cinematic skill book.
Opening the book allows you to choose a completely different moveset during the match.
Once selected, your awakening changes to the new moveset for the remainder of its duration, letting you adapt your playstyle based on the current game.
Chrollo Zone – Crimson Zone
The new Crimson Zone provides several powerful bonuses.
While active, you’ll receive:
- Increased movement speed while dribbling.
- Faster steal animations.
- Time Skip Shooting, which briefly skips forward during your shooting animation and makes your release harder to predict.
The only downside is that Pump Fake becomes unavailable while Crimson Zone is active, so you’ll need to rely more on movement and timing than shot fakes.
