CAPTURED 2 has plenty of strange anomalies hiding throughout the house, and finding all 100 can take some patience. Some changes are immediately obvious, while others are much easier to miss if you are not paying close attention to each room.
In this post, I will show you all 100 anomalies in CAPTURED 2 and where you can find them. Everything is organized by room and anomaly number, making it easier for us to check what we are missing during a run.
CAPTURED 2 All 100 Anomalies Locations Guide
If you already know the number of the anomaly you are looking for, I recommend using Ctrl + F to quickly search for it. This can save you from scrolling through the entire guide when you only need help with one specific anomaly.
There are also a few important spawn restrictions to remember. Anomaly 002 only appears on Day 1, while 035 is exclusive to Day 2. Meanwhile, anomalies 090 through 100 only appear when playing on Nightmare difficulty.
Hallway Anomalies
001 – Drawer on the Ceiling
The hallway drawer is no longer where it should be. Instead, you will find it hanging from the ceiling.
008 – Flooded Hallway
The hallway floor has become covered in water.
020 – Dumpster Appears
A large dumpster has suddenly appeared inside the hallway.
021 – Writing on the Wall
Strange writing has appeared on one of the hallway walls.
025 – Hallway Lights
New lights have appeared and are now illuminating the hallway.
026 – More Wall Writing
Another anomaly involving writing appearing on the hallway wall.
031 – Hallway Wall Message
More unusual writing can be found on the wall.
045 – Missing Drawer
The hallway drawer has completely disappeared.
089 – Radio Is On
The radio located in the hallway has turned on.
090 – Changed Box (Nightmare)
The box in the hallway has changed.
This anomaly only appears on Nightmare difficulty.
Kitchen Anomalies
002 – Indoor Water Park
The entire kitchen has transformed into what looks like an indoor water park.
Important: This anomaly only spawns on Day 1.
004 – Red Kitchen
The kitchen is illuminated by an unusual red light.
015 – Kitchen Becomes a Living Room
The kitchen has transformed into a furnished living room with windows.
018 – Vending Machine Refrigerator
The refrigerator has been replaced with a vending machine.
027 – Kitchen Wall Writing
Writing has appeared somewhere on the kitchen wall.
032 – Stove Is On
The kitchen stove has turned on.
038 – Extra Chairs and Overturned Table
Additional chairs have appeared in the kitchen, while the table has been overturned.
042 – Missing Kitchen
The kitchen itself has completely disappeared.
043 – Chairs and Playing Cards
More chairs have appeared, and playing cards can be seen on the table.
050 – Extra Chair
An additional chair has appeared at the kitchen table.
054 – Kitchen Lights
New lights have appeared and are illuminating the room.
086 – Items on the Floor
Various items have spilled across the kitchen floor.
088 – Running Sink
Water is running from the kitchen sink.
098 – Leftover Pizza (Nightmare)
A plate containing leftover pizza has appeared on the kitchen table.
This is a Nightmare difficulty anomaly.
099 – Shoe on the Stove (Nightmare)
A shoe has somehow been placed on the kitchen stove.
This anomaly only appears on Nightmare difficulty.
Bathroom Anomalies
003 – Running Bathroom Sink
Water is running from the bathroom sink.
005 – Sink Replaced With a Toilet
The bathroom sink has been replaced by a toilet.
009 – Portable Toilet
A portable public toilet has appeared inside the bathroom.
010 – Too Much Toilet Paper
The room is filled with an excessive number of toilet paper rolls.
011 – Spraying Sink
Water is spraying from the bathroom sink and splashing around the room.
013 – Changed Shower Curtain
The shower curtain has changed color and is much larger than usual.
019 – Missing Bathroom
The entire bathroom has disappeared.
023 – Bathroom Wall Writing
Writing has appeared on the bathroom wall.
034 – New Light Above the Sink
A light has appeared above the bathroom sink.
048 – Missing Cabinet
The small cabinet above the bathroom sink has disappeared.
052 – Public Urinals
Public toilet urinals have appeared across the bathroom wall.
091 – Missing Toilet Paper (Nightmare)
The spare toilet paper in the bathroom is gone.
This anomaly is exclusive to Nightmare difficulty.
095 – Soap in the Bathtub (Nightmare)
A bar of soap has appeared inside the bathtub.
Only available on Nightmare difficulty.

006 – Red Clock
The clock is giving off an intense and unnatural red light.
007 – Field of Doors
The office has transformed into a strange field filled with doors.
017 – Funeral in the Office
A coffin and several chairs have appeared, making it look like a funeral is taking place.
022 – Ringing Phone
The office phone is ringing.
028 – Office Chandelier
A chandelier has appeared and is lighting the office.
033 – Writing on the Wall
Strange writing has appeared on the office wall.
037 – Missing Office
The entire office has disappeared.
046 – Missing Clock
The office clock is gone.
056 – Books on the Floor
Books have spilled across the floor.
057 – TV Is On
The television in the office has turned on.
092 – Phone Receiver Off the Hook (Nightmare)
The office phone receiver is off the hook and lying on the desk.

Rolled-up maps have appeared inside the office.

012 – Chairs and Floating Balloons
The master bedroom has transformed into a bizarre room filled with chairs and floating balloons.
071 – Bedroom Light Is On
A light has turned on in the master bedroom.
072 – TV Is On
The television has turned on.
073 – Items Spilled Around the Room
Various items have been scattered across the master bedroom.
074 – Wall Writing
Writing has appeared on the wall.
075 – Missing Master Bedroom
The entire master bedroom has disappeared.
076 – Chairs Performing a Ritual
The chairs appear to be arranged as if they are taking part in some kind of ritual.
077 – Missing Bed
The bed has disappeared.
078 – Alarm Clock Going Off
The alarm clock is ringing.
079 – Missing Closet Clothes
The clothes inside the walk-in closet have disappeared.
080 – Toilet in the Walk-In Closet
A toilet has appeared inside the walk-in closet.
081 – Sideways Bed
The bed is positioned sideways.
082 – Fallen Closet
A closet has fallen over.
Living Room Anomalies
014 – Covered Sofa
The sofa is covered with a large sheet.
016 – Covered Floor Lamp
The floor lamp has been covered by a large white sheet.
024 – TV Is On
The television in the living room has turned on.
030 – Writing on the Wall
Writing has appeared on one of the living room walls.
036 – Floor Lamp Is On
The floor lamp has turned on.

A chandelier has appeared and is lighting the living room.

There are now multiple televisions inside the room.
094 – Plant Replaced With a Lamp (Nightmare)
The plant near the television has been replaced by a lamp.

100 – Extra Sofa Pillow (Nightmare)
An additional pillow has appeared on the sofa.
This is one of the Nightmare difficulty anomalies.
Small Bedroom Anomalies
029 – Desk Lamp Is On
The desk lamp has turned on.
040 – Missing Room
The small bedroom has completely disappeared.
041 – Toy Fire Truck
A toy fire truck has appeared inside the room.
047 – Missing Bedside Table
The bedside table has disappeared.
049 – Chair on the Ceiling
A chair is hanging from the ceiling.
055 – String Lights
String lights have appeared in the room.
085 – LETHE’s Medical Center
The room has transformed into LETHE’s Medical Center.
087 – Blanket Fort
A blanket fort has appeared inside the room.
093 – Changed Bag Color (Nightmare)
The bag on the floor has changed color.
Only available on Nightmare difficulty.
097 – Floating Red Balloon (Nightmare)
A red balloon is floating inside the room.
This anomaly only appears on Nightmare difficulty.
Laundry Room Anomalies
035 – Tiled Corridor
The laundry room has transformed into a large tiled corridor.
Important: This anomaly only spawns on Day 2.
058 – Washing Machine Is On
The washing machine has turned on.
059 – Light Is On
The room’s light has turned on.
060 – Writing on the Wall
Writing has appeared on the wall.
061 – Changed Poster
One of the posters in the room has changed.
062 – Leaking Pipe
A pipe is leaking.
063 – Garden Gnomes Everywhere
The laundry room is now filled with garden gnomes.
064 – Radio Is On
The radio has turned on.
065 – Ice Machine
The washing machine has been replaced with an ice machine.
066 – Toilets and a Chair
The toilets appear to be making some kind of deal with a chair.
067 – Toilets Are Planning Something
The toilets are arranged in a way that makes it look like they are planning something.
068 – Someone Is Camping
Someone appears to be camping inside the laundry room.
069 – Missing Boiler
The boiler has disappeared.
070 – Lamp Is On
A lamp has turned on.
083 – Fallen Toolbox
The toolbox has fallen over.
084 – Train Station
The entire room has transformed into a train station.
That covers all 100 anomalies in CAPTURED 2.
The easiest way to use this list is to keep track of the anomaly numbers you have already encountered and compare them with the room you are currently checking. Since some anomalies are subtle while others completely transform a room, I recommend taking a careful look at the normal appearance of every area before continuing.
Also remember the three important restrictions: 002 only appears on Day 1, 035 only appears on Day 2, and anomalies 090–100 require Nightmare difficulty. If you are missing one of those, changing difficulty or continuing on the wrong day can make it impossible to find.
