Breakthrough
To breakthrough, press the little icon to the bottom of the cultivation button. You can breakthrough whilst cultivating, you do not need to get up. Breakthrough is only possible when you have the same or more Qi required to advance to the next realm.
Combat
Press 1 on your keyboard or click the fist icon next to the two breakthrough and meditation buttons. So far, there is one NPC you can fight. You can also fight other players.
