The Treasure Hunt update has returned to Dress To Impress, bringing a new quest where you need to explore the map and dig up hidden treasure chests. If you want to complete the quest without running around the map looking everywhere, I’ll show you where to find all seven dig plots.
In this guide, I’ll walk you through each chest location and explain where you need to go. The chests are spread across different parts of the map, including the beach, houses, stairs, and a few trickier spots that can be easy to miss.
You’ll also need to interact with the new quest area and eventually return to the NPC after finding all the chests. So, let’s go through the entire Treasure Hunt quest step by step and get all seven chests.
Dress To Impress Treasure Hunt Update – Quest, Codes
First, you need to enter Free Play Mode in Dress To Impress. Once you’re in, leave the main dressing area and head outside to explore the updated area.
As you make your way around, you’ll notice a new area that appears to be the cove. This is connected to the new Treasure Hunt quest and is where you can interact with the quest area.
When you interact with it, you’ll be given the task of finding the treasure from the ship. The quest requires you to search around the map for several hidden dig plots.
The important thing to remember is that the treasure chests are hidden underground. When you find the correct spot, you can interact with it and dig up the chest.
Chest #1 — Under the Stairs
For the first chest, head outside from the starting area and look under the stairs.
This is one of the easiest locations to find because the dig plot is directly underneath the stairs as you leave the room.
Once you find it, interact with the spot and dig it up. The treasure chest will appear, allowing you to claim your first reward.

Chest #2 — On the Water
After collecting the first chest, make your way toward the water.
The second dig plot is located around the beach/water area. Once you reach the correct spot, you’ll be able to interact with the ground and dig up another treasure chest.
Claim the chest and you’ll be ready to move on to the next location.

Chest #3 — Beach Area
The third chest is also located around the beach.
Continue exploring the beach area until you find the next dig plot. Once you’re in the right place, simply interact with it and dig up the treasure.
After claiming the chest, you’ll have three of the seven required treasures.

Chest #4 — Near the Houses
For the fourth chest, head toward the houses.
You need to make your way to the area around the houses and look for the dig spot. The location can be a little easier to understand when you approach it from the dressing area.
As you exit the dressing area, turn left and continue toward the area over the fence. The fourth dig plot is located there.
Dig it up and claim the chest.

Chest #5 — Near the Fence
The next chest is also in the area around the houses and fence.
Once you’re near the previous location, look around the nearby section and find the next dig plot. You may need to move around the fence to reach it.
Dig up the chest and claim your reward.
This chest can also give you an outfit, although the rewards you receive from the treasure chests can vary.

Chest #6 — Tricky High Location
The sixth chest is one of the more annoying ones to reach.
You’ll need to make your way toward a higher section of the map and carefully jump across the surrounding areas. The dig plot is located at the top of this section.
Getting up there can take a few attempts because the location is positioned in a somewhat awkward spot. If you struggle with the jumps, take your time and carefully work your way up.
Once you finally reach the top, find the dig plot and dig up the chest.

Chest #7 — Near the Recording Studio
For the final chest, head toward the area near the recording studios.
As you move away from the previous chest, use the recording studio as your landmark. The final dig plot is located down in this section.
Once you find it, interact with the dig spot and claim the seventh chest.

You have now collected all seven treasure chests.
Final Chest — Under the Main Street Stairs
Another way to identify the final area is to head toward the main street.
Once you’re there, look underneath the stairs. The final treasure can be found in this section.
Dig it up and claim the chest to finish collecting all seven dig plots.
What to Do After Finding All 7 Chests
Once you’ve collected all seven chests, you might expect the quest to be completely finished.
However, there is still another interaction involved. After finding all the dig plots, head back to the quest area and speak with the NPC again.
At this point, the NPC may ask you for another item, including a beach ball, depending on the current quest requirements. So don’t worry if the door doesn’t immediately open after collecting all seven chests.
The important part is that you’ve completed the treasure-hunting portion by finding all seven dig plots.
Treasure Hunt Chest Locations
Here are all seven locations in order:
- Under the stairs — Near the starting/dressing area.
- On the water — Around the beach and water.
- Beach area — Another dig plot along the beach.
- Near the houses — Head left from the dressing area and go over the fence.
- Near the fence/houses — Search around the nearby house area.
- High platform — A tricky location that requires jumping up.
- Near the recording studio/main street — Check underneath the stairs.
Tips
The biggest thing I recommend is not rushing through the map. Some of the dig plots are quite easy to miss, especially the higher location that requires several jumps.
Whenever you reach a suspected location, look carefully around the ground for the interaction point. Once you find it, dig it up and make sure you claim the chest before moving on.
Also, don’t expect every chest to give you exactly the same reward. The rewards can vary, and you may receive different items such as clothing or other rewards.
With all seven chests collected, you can return to the quest area and continue with the remaining Treasure Hunt requirements.
