One of the coolest hidden challenges in Endacopia is finishing the game’s three major boss encounters without actually defeating them in combat. Instead of relying on attacks, each boss has a unique alternative solution that rewards careful observation and a little bit of experimentation.
Completing these peaceful routes unlocks their respective achievements while also revealing some of the game’s more creative puzzle design. If you’re aiming for 100% completion, you’ll definitely want to see these alternate endings.
Here’s exactly how to spare every boss.
Endacopia Pacifist Guide – How to Beat Every Boss Without Fighting
There are three bosses that can be completed peacefully:
- The Trapezest
- Ollie
- The AI
Each one requires a specific action before or instead of starting the normal boss fight. Missing the required step will force you into the regular battle, so it’s worth following each sequence carefully.
How to Spare The Trapezest
The first pacifist encounter happens during The Trapezest boss fight.
Step 1: Complete Every Stunt
When the encounter begins, simply complete every stunt that The Trapezest asks you to perform.
Don’t skip any of them, as they’re required before the alternate solution becomes available.
Step 2: Don’t Talk to Her Again
Once you’ve finished the stunts, resist the urge to interact with The Trapezest.
Instead, walk all the way to the left side of the area.
Step 3: Cut the Rope
If you picked up the Scalpel during the Surgery Clown minigame earlier in the game, equip it now.
Use the Scalpel on the left-most rope.
Doing this avoids the normal fight and completes the encounter peacefully, unlocking the related pacifist achievement.
How to Spare Ollie
The Ollie encounter works a little differently and focuses on dialogue instead of exploration.
When you enter Ollie’s film set, choose the following responses exactly:
- Who are you
- Type Ollie into the text prompt.
- Choose Irony.
Selecting these dialogue options prevents the standard fight from happening and lets you complete Ollie’s encounter without violence.
How to Spare The AI
The final pacifist boss requires a little preparation before you even reach the arena.
Fill the Transparent Cup
Before entering The Core, make sure your Transparent Cup has been filled with water.
Without the water, you’ll miss the peaceful solution.
Reach the Boss Room
Continue normally until you’ve spoken with the PC box immediately before the boss battle begins.
Use the Water
Instead of initiating the fight:
- Walk to the bottom-left corner of the room.
- Select the Water Cup.
- Use it on the electrical outlet.
This short-circuits the encounter and allows you to complete The AI’s boss sequence without fighting.
All Pacifist Boss Solutions
| Boss | Peaceful Solution |
|---|---|
| The Trapezest | Complete every stunt, walk left, and cut the left-most rope with the Scalpel. |
| Ollie | Choose Who are you → Ollie → Irony during the dialogue sequence. |
| The AI | Fill the Transparent Cup with water before entering The Core, then pour it onto the outlet in the bottom-left corner before the fight begins. |
Each boss has its own pacifist achievement, making these alternate solutions worth completing if you’re working toward 100% achievements in Endacopia.
Besides the achievements, these encounters also showcase a different side of the game’s design. Rather than relying on combat, they encourage you to pay attention to earlier items, environmental clues, and dialogue choices. If you’ve already finished the game once, the pacifist route is a fun excuse to revisit each area and experience these hidden boss resolutions.
