Funnel Runners Achievement Guide – Every Unlockable 100%

Hey there! So this turned into a full 100% Achievement Guide for Funnel Runners, but along the way I also ended up covering what the unlockable uniforms actually do and threw in a bunch of tips I picked up from way too many runs.

Quick note before we get into it: as of writing this on 21.07.2026 (that’s July 21, 2026), a handful of achievements are still bugged. I’ll flag those as we go and update the guide once a fix rolls out.

Funnel Runners Achievement Guide – Every Unlockable 100%

Let’s kick things off with the easy stuff — the achievements you’ll probably pick up just by playing normally.

Tire-d — Change 4 flat tires in the van. The repair guides you need are kept inside the van itself, so check there if you’re not sure how to fix something.

First Day Star — Succeed at a repair minigame for the first time.

First Day Fail — Fail at a repair minigame for the first time.

Worst Mechanic — Fail at a repair minigame 15 times. Repairing things (and prying open doors with the crowbar) uses those classic Dead by Daylight-style skill checks — you either hit them or you don’t. Realistically, all three of these achievements just happen naturally as you play.

Not This Time — Fail to escape the city for the first time. Just die, lol.

Lone Wolf — Escape the end tornado alone. Repair the van in time and leave by yourself. To play it safe, wait until the end-game F5 tornado actually starts before you go, though technically you don’t have to. Around the 0.3–0.4km mark, a loud tornado siren kicks in to warn you your time’s almost up, so make sure you’re gone or ready to go by then. If you’d rather not do this solo in an actual solo lobby, you can also host a lobby, let your “friends” do all the repair work for free, kick them, then leave as the last one standing.

First Escape! — Escape the end tornado for the first time. Pretty self-explanatory — repair the van and get out before the F5 threat reaches the city. Regular tornadoes can be juked by crouching behind a tree (just pray it doesn’t get yanked away too), or hiding on the side of the van, or inside any building with a roof. Basically any solid surface big enough will stop you from getting sucked in.

Walker I / Walker II / Walker III — Walk 10km, 50km, and 100km. Just walk and run around during normal play — these come naturally over time.

Little Treat — Buy something from the vending machine for the first time.

Big Spender / Big Spender II / Big Spender III — Spend 100, 500, and 1000 Tokens at the vending machine. The vending machine’s inside the van, and it’s where you spend Apex Tokens (found scattered around the map) on items like bandages and medkits. Keep in mind the machine shuts off if the Battery gets removed from the vehicle, so have your spare Battery ready before you pull that one out.

Note: these ones are currently bugged for non-hosts and might not track properly — but they work fine in Singleplayer or if you’re the host.

Scavenger I / II / III — Collect 100, 250, and 500 items found in the city. While hunting for the parts you need to fix your van, you’ll stumble across all sorts of other items — health pills, bandages, you name it. The fastest way to knock these out is to just pick up literally every item you see (objective items count too) and drop it again. Not totally sure if Apex Tokens count toward this, but you’ll be grabbing those anyway — who’s saying no to shiny things?

Note: also currently bugged for non-hosts, same deal as above — Singleplayer or host only for now.

Historian I / II / III — Collect 10, 50, and 100 information-related collectables. For these, you’re hunting for Apex Documents, Tapes, or newspaper-style documents. To actually get credit, you need to put them in the cardboard box inside the van — you don’t have to escape first, progress ticks up the moment a valid collectible goes in.

Weather Related Achievements

High Up — Get caught by a tornado for the first time. Pretty self-explanatory, and it’ll happen to you sooner or later regardless.

Electrified — Get hit by lightning for the first time. This one’s honestly pretty random, unless you’re playing with my friend, who apparently gets zapped the second he steps a centimeter outside the van. Just hang around outside during a lightning storm and hope for the best.

On Fire — Get damaged by fire for the first time. During thunderstorms, lightning occasionally strikes an object — a tree, a trashcan, whatever — and sets it ablaze. Walk up and linger near it and you’ll catch fire and start taking damage over time. Fun fact: you can also spread fire to other players just by being near them, so if you’re burning, maybe don’t go in for a hug.

The Suck Zone — Throw a dart into a big tornado, close enough that it doesn’t fall to the ground — “it’s the suck zone.” Grab a dart and throw it into a big tornado right before it pulls you in. I’ve managed this without dying, but honestly the easier route is just accepting you’re going to get sucked up doing it. The dart cup is near the dartboard inside the van.

Mary Poppins — Get caught by a tornado while holding an umbrella. Grab an umbrella and let a tornado take you. Don’t worry about timing it perfectly either — holding an umbrella means it’ll pull you in from way further away than usual.

Benjamin, Who? — Avoid lightning damage by holding a portable conductor when you get hit. This was probably the most annoying achievement in the whole list because it’s so luck dependent. I carried the conductor around for something like 5 full games before I finally got struck.

Coop Achievements

You’ll need at least one other player with you for these.

Dead? Me? — Be revived after passing out in-game. Get a friend to revive you with a defibrillator. Your character’s briefly disabled right before the death cutscene would trigger, which is actually a good window to shout out your coordinates so your teammates can find you faster — they can also see your location on the van’s computer/radar.

Electric Friendship — Shock your friends with the defibrillator. Friend not scavenging items fast enough for your liking? Grab a defibrillator and give them a little jolt of motivation. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it.

Bulls Eye — Hit a bullseye on the dartboard in the van.

Tranquilizer — Hit other players with darts 50 times. Grab the darts and hit your friends with them, 50 times total.

Porcupine — Have 10 darts on you at the same time. Get a friend to keep throwing darts at you until the achievement pops. Darts seem to despawn fairly fast, so if one friend can’t keep up, have two people throwing at once.

Designated Driver — Win without ever leaving the van. Have a friend do all the repairs for you while you stay put — ideally in the driver’s seat, so you don’t accidentally get sucked out by a tornado. Once the van’s fixed, leave. Do NOT leave the van before then (obviously).

Other Achievements

Energy Drunk — Drink 5 energy drinks in a minute. Either get lucky and scavenge 5 energy drinks off the map, or grab enough Apex Tokens to buy them from the vending machine. Chug them down back to back like a college frat-boy, and the achievement pops — probably right alongside your heart rate.

Up Here! — Get on top of the van for the first time. The easiest route: stand in front of the van, jump up, open the hood, jump onto the hood, then jump up onto the roof of the van. If it doesn’t register right away, try moving around a bit on top, especially near the engine — that seems to trigger it reliably.

Protocol Nerd — Trigger all protocol information. According to the developers, this means triggering every tutorial pop-up in the game. Unfortunately it’s currently broken, so it’s not obtainable right now. They’ve mentioned wanting to put out a guide for this one specifically, so I’ll update this section once it’s fixed. If anyone figures out a workaround in the meantime, drop a detailed comment — I’d genuinely love to know.

Unlockable Uniforms

The game has a handful of unlockable uniforms, each with its own perk.

The Field Operative

  • Grants a 10% movement speed bonus
  • Unlocked by default

The First Ember

  • Grants 50% less fire damage taken, and fire can no longer spread to nearby teammates
  • Unlocked by being on fire for a total of 10:00 minutes

This one takes forever to grind out. You need thunderstorms to actually show up as a weather event, which for whatever reason only happened for me about once every 20 games regardless of difficulty. On top of that, you need a solid stockpile of healing items to keep patching yourself up after burning off your health bar. Alternatively, have a friend just keep reviving you while you turn yourself into a walking bonfire — just be careful not to set them on fire too once you’re a charred corpse.

Honestly, I was pretty let down by how underwhelming this uniform is after all that effort. It’s kind of like the game’s saying “you got burned so much, here’s some fire resistance as a consolation prize.” I was really hoping for something like reduced acid rain damage too, but nope. Can you tell I’m still a little salty about it.

The Life Line

  • Reduces Defibrillator inventory slots from 3 down to 2, and outlines nearby dead bodies within a certain radius
  • Unlocked by reviving 25 players with the Defibrillator

The Lawkeeper

  • Reduces Crowbar inventory slots from 2 down to 1, and lets you open doors faster
  • Unlocked by fully removing the wooden planks from locked doors 30 times

Apex Bunker

I stumbled across this pretty cool-looking bunker/Apex door while exploring. Unfortunately, according to the developers it’s still a work in progress and can’t be opened yet. Just wanted to flag it here in case you come across it too.
