Getting 100% completion in Gawr Gura: Quest for Bread requires finding every hat and completing the game’s special achievement requirements. Most hats are hidden throughout the different areas, while several are earned by defeating bosses without taking damage.

Quiet Old Man
To unlock this achievement, fight Chief Fish during the tutorial.
Instead of following Chief Fish’s combat instructions, simply attack him a few times. This skips the tutorial sequence and unlocks the achievement.
Let’s Stay Home
Return to Gura’s Home and look underneath the couch.
The lost bread is hidden beneath it. Push the couch from the side to reveal the bread and collect it.
Shark Of Many Hats
This achievement requires collecting all of the game’s hats. Here are the locations and requirements for every hat.
Gura’s Home — Apple Hat
The Apple Hat is found in Gura’s bedroom at the beginning of the game.
Simply enter the bedroom and collect it.
Fish Town — Propeller Hat
The Propeller Hat is located on a high ledge near the beginning of Fish Town.
Use the nearby mushrooms to bounce upward and reach the ledge containing the hat.
Ice Caves — Ice Cream Hat
The Ice Cream Hat is located on top of a tall cylindrical platform around the middle of the Ice Caves.
Jump across the breakable platforms underneath it, then use the mushroom to launch yourself upward and reach the hat.
Ice Caves — Fish Hat
The Fish Hat is awarded for defeating Chief Fish without taking any damage.
Avoid every attack during the boss fight and defeat him without being hit.
Ice Caves — Block Hat
After defeating Chief Fish, continue into the next area containing the falling platforms.
Jump onto the third pillar and remain on it as it falls. When you get close enough to the distant mushroom, jump over and use it to reach the Block Hat.
Calli’s Fortress — Cat Ears
Find the room containing the rising and lowering lava.
Wait for the lava to drop, then jump down toward the skeleton in the room and defeat it. The skeleton drops the Cat Ears.
Calli’s Fortress — Top Hat
Defeat Lost Shrimp without taking any damage.
Avoid all attacks throughout the fight and defeat the boss without getting hit to obtain the Top Hat.
Calli’s Fortress — Pizza Hat
Use the bounce pads to cross the room.
Near the final section, deliberately drop down and dive to the lower level. Continue into the break room to find the Pizza Hat.
Be careful with the route: don’t go through the circular door at the top before entering the break room. Once you pass through it, the door locks and you won’t be able to return.
Calli’s Fortress — Crown Hat
Defeat Calli without taking any damage.
This is another no-hit boss challenge, so learn her attack patterns and avoid every hit before finishing the fight.
Island — Shark Hat
The Shark Hat is located on rocks in the ocean.
Reach the higher platform containing a chicken box, then jump down toward the rocks to collect the hat.
Island — Cowboy Hat
Go to the bottom of the waterfall where the chicken is skateboarding.
Jump down to the lower area and collect the Cowboy Hat.
Island — Drill Hat
Defeat Drillby without taking any damage.
Complete the boss fight without being hit to obtain the Drill Hat.
Watson Industries — Dino Hat
In Watson Industries, find the small room containing the spiral pattern made from changing red and blue squares.
Climb to the top of the room to find the Dino Hat.
Watson Industries Lab — Smolest Ame
After defeating the miniboss with laser-beam eyes, continue into the dark hallway.
Walk all the way toward the end, but be careful not to fall into the hole near the end of the hallway. The Smolest Ame is waiting there.
Ame Boss — Ame’s Hat
Defeat the final form of Ame (Doctor Watson) without taking any damage.
This is arguably the hardest hat requirement in the game. You’ll likely need several attempts to learn the boss’s attack patterns and complete the fight without getting hit.
End of Game — Bread Hat
The Bread Hat is obtained simply by completing the game.
Finish the main story and you’ll receive this final hat.
