If you’re anything like me, you probably finished your first few shifts thinking, “That wasn’t too bad,” only to open the achievement list and realise there are far more hidden objectives than expected. Some unlock naturally as you play, while others have very specific requirements that the game never explains.
The biggest thing that caught me off guard was that not every achievement tracks progress for everyone. Several of them only count if you’re the host, while others are tracked individually for each player. Knowing that beforehand can save you hours of wondering why something refuses to unlock.
The good news is that none of the achievements are impossible. Most simply require patience, a little planning, and knowing what the game expects you to do. This guide walks through every achievement, explains how it actually works, and shares the easiest methods to unlock them.
Happy’s Humble Burger Cult 100% Achievement Guide – How to Unlock Every Achievement Easily
A few important things are worth knowing before you begin.
- Many achievements only count for the host.
- Customer-related achievements are tracked separately for every player.
- Multiplayer quota achievements cannot be earned in solo mode.
- Some achievements are much easier to combine during normal gameplay instead of grinding them individually.
If you’re planning to reach 100% completion, it’s usually best to host your own lobby whenever possible.
Shift Completion Achievements
These achievements reward you for successfully surviving complete work shifts.
Unlike simply playing the game, you actually need to finish each shift alive for progress to count.
Welcome to THE CULT
Requirement: Complete your first successful shift.
This is the achievement almost everyone unlocks first.
Simply survive your first full shift and finish all objectives without dying. Once the results screen appears, the achievement will unlock.
Adept
Requirement: Complete 5 shifts.
There’s no trick here.
Just continue playing and survive five successful shifts. It doesn’t matter whether they’re completed consecutively.
Professional
Requirement: Complete 10 shifts.
This unlocks exactly the same way as Adept.
If you’re consistently surviving, you’ll earn it naturally while working on other achievements.
Expert
Requirement: Complete 20 shifts.
This is the longest progression achievement in the game.
Don’t try to rush it. You’ll naturally reach twenty successful shifts while collecting everything else.
Important: These four achievements only track progress if you’re hosting the lobby.
Money Achievements
Money achievements are cumulative.
You don’t need to earn everything during one shift. Every successful shift adds towards the total.
One small issue many players notice is that the money tracker occasionally reports less than you actually earned. Don’t panic if the achievement doesn’t unlock immediately—it usually catches up later.
We’re Rich! Rich I Tell Ya!
Requirement: Earn $1,000.
Simply continue completing shifts while serving customers efficiently.
Bank Robbers
Requirement: Earn $2,500.
By this point you’ve probably completed several successful shifts already.
Time Investors
Requirement: Earn $5,000.
This is the final money milestone.
You’ll usually unlock it well before finishing all twenty shifts.
Host only: These achievements only count for whoever is hosting the match.
Customer Service Achievements
Unlike the shift achievements, these are tracked individually.
Every player has their own customer counter.
That means if your teammate serves every customer while you stand around, your counter won’t increase.
If you’re playing co-op, try sharing the workload.
Welcome, Customer!
Requirement: Serve your first customer.
Complete one correct order.
That’s all there is to it.
Aspiring Cashier
Requirement: Serve 100 customers.
Experienced Cashier
Requirement: Serve 250 customers.
Professional Cashier
Requirement: Serve 500 customers.
These achievements sound intimidating, but they happen surprisingly quickly if you’re regularly preparing and delivering orders yourself.
Multiplayer Quota Achievements
These achievements only work during multiplayer sessions.
Every quota represents another stage of the workday.
Once your team reaches the required quota, someone needs to pull the lever to continue.
No Refunds
Complete your first quota.
A Whole New World!
Complete your second quota.
Is This Some Kind of Cult
Complete your third quota.
Stay Happy, Stay Humble
Complete your fourth quota.
The Long Shift Ahead
Complete your fifth quota.
As long as your team keeps meeting the minimum sales requirement, these achievements will unlock one after another.
Occult
Requirement: Play with at least one other real player.
This achievement is incredibly simple.
Join or host any multiplayer session containing two or more players.
Bots do not count.
Workplace Liability
Requirement: Push or punch another player 50 times.
At first glance this sounds difficult, but it’s actually one of the easiest multiplayer achievements.
Simply ask a friend to stand still while you repeatedly shove or punch them.
One important detail is that Tou, the AI coworker, does not count.
Only real players contribute towards progress.
I’m Ready!
Requirement: Complete the tutorial.
Many players skip the tutorial immediately after launching the game.
If you did, simply replay it later.
The achievement unlocks once training is completed.
Graveyard Shift
Requirement: Complete a full shift in Solo Mode.
Unlike the multiplayer achievements, this specifically requires you to play alone.
No teammates.
No online lobby.
Finish one successful solo shift and you’re done.
Perfect Associate
Requirement: Finish a perfect shift.
This achievement is much stricter than it sounds.
You must:
- Complete the shift successfully.
- Make zero incorrect orders.
- Be the host.
Even a single incorrect ingredient will invalidate the achievement.
Easy strategy
Don’t rush.
Double-check every order before handing it over.
It’s much better to lose a few seconds than ruin an entire perfect run.
Joyful
Requirement: Fail your first shift.
Yes…
The game actually rewards failure.
The quickest method is simply allowing Joy to kill you.
Since dying automatically fails the shift, you’ll unlock the achievement immediately afterwards.
Host only.
Up Close and Personal
Requirement: Die for the first time.
If you’re already attempting Joyful, you’ll probably unlock this at the same time.
Simply die once.
Joy is usually the easiest enemy to use.
Mistakes Happen
Requirement: Knock over your first customer.
Sometimes customers aren’t the problem…
You are.
Walk up to any customer and press Q or R to shove or punch them until they’re knocked down.
The achievement unlocks instantly.
Smoke Break
Requirement: Use something that causes nicotine addiction.
There are two easy options.
- Use a cigarette pack.
- Use a bong.
Either one counts.
Woo-hoo!
Requirement: Become addicted.
This achievement doesn’t require nicotine specifically.
The easiest addiction to obtain is alcohol.
Drink enough Coke Dose cans or the test beer cans found around the lobby until addiction triggers.
Eventually the achievement will pop.
Spaced Out
Requirement: Have five status effects active simultaneously.
This is one of the trickiest achievements because you need several different effects active at the exact same time.
Fortunately, there’s a fairly reliable method.
Step 1 – Pick up a Bong
Using it gives you the Nicotine effect.
Step 2 – Grab a Bottle of VinoKRUT
This provides:
- Caffeine Rush
- Sugar Rush
Two more status effects.
Step 3 – Visit the Future Horse Racer 4000 Area
Head towards the pool room after collecting your items.
Step 4 – Drink Coke Dose
Drink multiple cans of Coke Dose.
These can provide:
- Intoxication
- Infection (chance-based)
Once all five status effects are active together, the achievement unlocks.
It may take a little luck because Infection isn’t guaranteed every time.
Fabulous!
Requirement: Change your appearance in front of the mirror.
This achievement is refreshingly easy.
Visit the mirror and change anything, including:
- Clothes
- Cosmetics
- Character sounds
Any appearance modification counts.
Future Horse Racer 4000!
Requirement: Bet on the winning horse.
You’ll find the Future Horse Racer 4000 machine inside the lobby.
The minimum bet is $10.
Unfortunately, there’s no strategy here.
Winning depends entirely on luck, so you may need several attempts before selecting the correct horse.
Compared to many co-op horror games, Happy’s Humble Burger Cult has a surprisingly enjoyable achievement list because it encourages you to experience almost every mechanic the game offers. You’ll spend time mastering customer orders, surviving increasingly difficult shifts, experimenting with status effects, exploring the lobby, and even causing a little harmless chaos with your coworkers.
The only achievements that can feel frustrating are the host-only ones and Perfect Associate, but once you know how they work, they’re much less intimidating. Take your time, don’t worry about unlocking everything in one session, and let the progression happen naturally. Before long, you’ll have every achievement checked off and a satisfying 100% completion.
