House Flipper 2 Sakura DLC Achievements Guide (2026)

The Sakura DLC introduces a completely new set of buyers, Japanese-inspired properties, collectible items, and several achievements that work differently from the base game. One of the biggest changes is the expanded buyer system, which requires players to build properties around very specific preferences rather than simply maximizing house value.

Many buyer requirements are not clearly explained in-game, making it difficult to earn every achievement without understanding exactly what each buyer wants. This guHouse Flipper 2 Sakura DLC Achievements Guideide covers the buyer system, room requirements, every Sakura DLC buyer, and all additional achievements.

House Flipper 2 Sakura DLC Achievements Guide ([ear])

Before attempting any buyer-related achievement, unlock the following perks:

  • Silver Tongue
  • Honesty Pays
  • Person of Interest

Silver Tongue and Honesty Pays provide additional buyer comments during auctions, making it easier to determine whether a property is meeting buyer expectations.

Person of Interest is especially important because it allows buyers to be pinned. A pinned buyer will always appear during auctions, letting you monitor their reactions while building a house.

To pin a buyer:

  1. Open the Buyer tab.
  2. Select the desired buyer.
  3. Press Pin beneath their portrait.

After pinning them, auction the property regularly while building. Their comments will reveal which requirements are fulfilled and which still need work.

One useful thing to know is that wall coverings and floor materials generally do not affect buyer satisfaction.

Room Requirements Explained

Several buyer requirements depend on creating specific room types. Unfortunately, the game does not clearly explain what qualifies as a room.

House Space

A space counts as house space when it has:

  • Walls, windows, beams, stairs, or other enclosed structures
  • A roof
  • At least one door

Room

A room only requires:

  • Enclosed walls
  • A roof

Doors are not necessary for interior rooms.

Garden Space

Any area not fully enclosed by walls and a roof counts as garden space.

Sitting Room

Requirements:

  • Sofa
  • Table
  • Shelves or bookcase
  • Large enough room size

The room generally needs to be larger than approximately 27×13 blocks.

Nothing else is required.

  • Chair

Sauna

  • Sauna heater
  • Two sauna benches

Dark Room

  • No windows

Achievement: K.O.

To earn K.O., you must successfully impress all Sakura DLC buyers.

Each buyer has hidden preferences beyond those shown on their in-game mood boards.

Impressing Okada Kota

Okada Kota strongly prefers clean and organized properties.

The Mashup Mansion property works particularly well because many of his requirements are already present.

Required

  • Completely clean property
  • No trash
  • No dirt
  • Garage
  • No tall tables
  • No tall chairs
  • Non-dark Sakura property

Suitable plots:

  • Minshuku
  • Ramen Shop
  • 100-Yen Shop

Avoid:

  • Bamboo Grove

  • Kitchen
  • Bedroom
  • Walk-in closet
  • Sakura DLC furniture
  • Sitting room
  • Lots of windows

Would Like

  • Three living rooms

Once most conditions are met, auction the property. If heart-eyes appear beside his portrait, he is impressed.

Impressing Hanada Natsune

Hanada Natsune prefers practical homes with modern furnishings.

The Ramen Shop property is ideal for this achievement.

Required

  • Bathroom
  • Non-dark Sakura property
  • House smaller than mansion size
  • Lighting in every room
  • Completely clean property

A successful build generally includes two bathrooms, a garage, brick walls, and modern furniture throughout.

Impressing Osako Kenichi

Osako wants a family-oriented Japanese-style home.

The Ramen Shop property also works very well here.

Avoid expensive furniture whenever possible. Affordable and Mid-Range items are preferred.

Impressing Nohara Reina

Nohara Reina is one of the most unique buyers in the DLC.

Instead of wanting a home, she prefers a commercial property.

The Ramen Shop property is the easiest option.
