If you’ve reached the latest Fisch update and can’t figure out how to access the mysterious Chapel, you’re not alone. The entrance isn’t immediately obvious, and simply walking up to it won’t let you inside.
To unlock the Chapel, you’ll need to visit Crystal Cove with the correct Enchant Relic. Here’s exactly what you need to do.
Step 1: Travel to Crystal Cove
Your journey starts at Crystal Cove.
If you’ve visited the Music Venue before, you’re already in the right area. Head towards the back of Crystal Cove until you reach the large waterfall.
This waterfall hides the entrance to the Chapel.
Step 2: Interact with the Waterfall
Walk directly up to the waterfall and interact with it.
Instead of opening immediately, you’ll see a message asking you to present a relic.
Not every relic works, though. The waterfall only accepts specific mutated Enchant Relics.
Step 3: Get a Compatible Mutated Enchant Relic
To unlock the Chapel, your Enchant Relic must have one of the following rod mutations:
- Ruinous Rod
- Master Rod
- Fabulous Rod
- Requiem Rod
- Poseidon Rod
You only need one of these mutations on your relic. As long as it matches one of the accepted rod types, you’re ready to continue.
Step 4: Present the Relic
After obtaining a compatible mutated relic, return to the Crystal Cove waterfall.
Interact with the waterfall again and choose to Present Relic.
The game will consume the relic as part of the unlocking process.
Step 5: Enter the Chapel
Once the relic has been accepted, a short animation will play.
After the animation finishes, you’ll be teleported into the hidden Chapel area.
Congratulations—you’ve successfully unlocked the Chapel.
What Happens After Entering?
Getting inside is only the beginning.
The Chapel contains new progression content, including:
- Special legendary rod questlines.
- Unique objectives and challenges.
- Exclusive rod skin rewards.
- Additional secrets tied to the latest update.

Common Reasons the Chapel Won’t Open
If the waterfall isn’t letting you enter, check the following:
- You’re at the Crystal Cove waterfall.
- Your Enchant Relic has one of the required rod mutations.
- You selected the option to present the relic.
- The relic hasn’t already been consumed.
If any of these conditions aren’t met, the Chapel entrance will remain locked.
Unlocking the Chapel in Fisch is actually quite simple once you know the requirement. The only thing standing between you and the new area is a compatible mutated Enchant Relic. Head to the Crystal Cove waterfall, present a relic with one of the accepted rod mutations, and you’ll gain access to one of the game’s newest endgame locations.
