If you’re trying to get all the achievements in Lily’s World XD, most of them are pretty straightforward once you know where to look. The game does hide a few achievements behind passwords, mini-games, and specific choices, so it can be easy to finish the story without getting everything.
In this guide, I’ll show you how to unlock all of the achievements in Lily’s World XD, including the Dress Up Game, Study Guide, Maze Game, Secret Folder, What Now?, Take Revenge on The Radiant Path, and Expose The Radiant Path achievements. I’ll keep the steps simple so you can quickly check what you’re missing.
The two ending achievements are especially important because you cannot get both during the same playthrough. If you want 100% completion, you’ll need to replay the game and choose the other option at the end.
Lily’s World XD 100% Achievement Guide and Endings
Dress Up Game
This is one of the easiest achievements to get and you can usually unlock it during your first playthrough.
Go to the Journal at the entrance and open:
1-5
Click the link to start the dress-up mini-game.
Complete the entire mini-game.
There is one important detail: make sure you click the creepy face when it appears.
Once you’ve completed the mini-game, the achievement should unlock.
Unlock Study Guide
For this achievement, you need to open Lily’s locked Study Guide folder on her computer.
The password is based on Lily’s favorite book.
You can find the clue through Lily’s Blog, but if you’re only interested in the achievement, you can enter the password directly.
Study Guide Password

Enter this password into the Study Guide folder to unlock it and receive the achievement.
Complete Maze Game
At some point during the story, you’ll be required to play the Maze Game.
For this achievement, simply play through the Maze Game and reach the final stage.
There is one unusual part that can confuse you.
Lose on Purpose
When you reach the last stage, you actually need to lose on purpose.
Don’t worry if it feels like you’re doing something wrong. Losing at this point is required to progress the story and unlock the achievement.
Once you’ve completed the required section of the Maze Game, the achievement should unlock.
Secret Folder
Another achievement requires you to unlock Lily’s folder labeled Secret.
The password can be found through Iris’s social media.
You don’t need to spend a long time searching if you already know the answer.

Enter the password into the Secret folder to unlock it and get the achievement.
What Now?
This achievement is connected to the point in the story when Lily’s PC gets formatted.
You don’t need to perform a separate challenge for this one.
The computer gets formatted after you log into Dr. Whitmore’s account.
How to Trigger It
Continue through the story until you obtain Dr. Whitmore’s account information.
Log into the account.
Someone will take control of Lily’s computer and format it.
Once this happens, the What Now? achievement should unlock.
So if you’re wondering why you haven’t received this achievement yet, simply continue progressing through the story.
Take Revenge on The Radiant Path
This is one of the two ending achievements.
You can only unlock it after Lily’s computer has been formatted.
After the reset, you’ll have a conversation with Iris about what to do with the information you’ve collected about the Radiant Path.
You’ll eventually be given two choices.
Choose:
“Let’s do it”
This choice means you decide to take revenge against the Radiant Path rather than expose them to the police.
The files will be sent to the members of the program.
The game will then end.
Important
Choosing this option will unlock:
Take Revenge on The Radiant Path
It will not unlock the Expose The Radiant Path achievement during the same playthrough.
If you want both achievements, you’ll need to replay the game and choose the other option.
Expose The Radiant Path
This is the alternative ending achievement.
Just like the previous achievement, you can only make this choice after Lily’s computer has been formatted.
When Iris asks whether you want to expose the Radiant Path or take revenge, choose:
“I’d rather expose them”
This sends the collected files to the police.
The game will then end and you’ll receive:

Getting Both Ending Achievements
You cannot unlock both ending achievements from one playthrough.
For the first ending, choose:
Let’s do it
For the second ending, choose:
I’d rather expose them
So if you’re going for 100% completion, finish the game once, then replay it and select the opposite choice at the end.
The ending cutscenes are essentially the same. The main difference is what happens to the collected files.

For the ending achievements, remember that your choice determines which achievement you receive. If you’re trying to reach 100%, you’ll need to play through the ending at least twice and select both options.
