If you’re looking to knock out all of the achievements in Lonely House, you really don’t need to spend much time on it. There are only a handful of simple tasks, and with the right order, you can get the entire 100% completion in roughly 15–20 minutes.
There is one thing I strongly recommend before you start, though: try to do everything in your first session and keep using the same world. There appears to be a bug where creating a second world can stop achievements from unlocking. If you run out of room, delete objects you’ve already placed rather than starting over in another world.
With that out of the way, let’s get through every achievement one by one.
Lonely House Achievement Guide – How to Get all 100%
The biggest thing to know before going for 100% is that achievements may stop working after creating a second world.
If you want to play it safe, create your world and complete every achievement there. You shouldn’t need more than 15–20 minutes anyway.
If you need extra building space, simply remove some of the objects you’ve already placed. Don’t create a new world just to make more room.
A Good Start
Achievement: Lay the first foundation
This is basically a free achievement.
When you enter a level for the first time, the game has already placed the first foundation for you. The achievement should pop automatically almost immediately.
There’s nothing you need to build or interact with here.
Estimated time: Less than 1 minute
It’s Good to Have a Roof Over Your Head!
Achievement: Put up a roof
For this one, look at the right-hand panel.
Go to the second floor and find the roof icon. Click it and the roof will be added immediately.
As soon as the roof goes up, the achievement should unlock.
Pretty simple, and it’s one of the first things I’d recommend doing.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Man’s Best Friend
Achievement: Pet the dog
Now open the left-hand panel and look for the dog.
Place the dog somewhere on your level. Once you’ve placed it, right-click the dog and select the hand icon.
That pets the dog and should immediately unlock the achievement.
You don’t need to do anything complicated with the placement. Just put the dog somewhere convenient and interact with it.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Closer to the Stars
Achievement: Build 5 floors in one session
This one is simply about building upward.
Look for the “+” button on each available floor level and keep clicking it to add floors.
There are five floors available, so keep going until you’ve built all five. The achievement unlocks as soon as the fifth floor is added.
If you’re already working through the other achievements, I’d do this early because it gets one of the larger construction requirements out of the way.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Shine Bright!
Achievement: Start the legend!
Don’t let the description confuse you. This is basically a placement challenge.
Open the left-hand panel, find any lamp, and place it 20 times.
You don’t need 20 different lamps. You can keep using copies of the exact same lamp, which makes this much quicker.
Just keep placing the lamp until you’ve reached 20 placements, and the achievement should pop.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Déjà Vu
Achievement: Start the legend!
This one is slightly more specific because you need the correct car.
Open the decorations category in the left-hand panel. You’ll see two different cars.
Look for the car with the black hood. That’s the one you want because it can turn its headlights on.
Place the car next to the house, then right-click it and select the hand icon.
The headlights will turn on, triggering the achievement.
If nothing happens, double-check that you’ve selected the black-hooded car rather than the other vehicle.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Marketing Genius
Achievement: Place 15 signs or billboards in one session
This is another achievement where you can simply spam the same object.
From the left-hand panel, choose any sign or billboard and place it on the building.
You need 15 placements in the same session.
There’s no need to hunt for different signs. Copies of the same sign count, so just keep placing one until you’ve reached 15.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Green Thumb
Achievement: Place 15 plants in one session
Time to make the house a little greener.
Open the left-hand panel and select any plant. Place it on the building 15 times.
Again, you don’t need 15 unique plants. The same plant can be copied over and over, which makes this achievement very quick.
Once you’ve placed the fifteenth one, the achievement should unlock.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Street Artist
Achievement: Spray 10 graffitis in one session
For this one, select any graffiti from the left-hand panel.
Spray it onto the building 10 times.
You can use the same graffiti repeatedly, so don’t waste time looking through the entire selection for different designs. Pick one you like and keep using it.
After the tenth graffiti, you’ll get the achievement.
Estimated time: 1 minute
My Neighbor
Achievement: Find someone at the bus stop
This one is a little more interactive.
Go to the left-hand panel and find the bus stop. Place it somewhere on your level.
Once it’s placed, right-click the bus stop and select the hand icon.
That interaction should trigger the achievement.
You don’t have to build anything around the bus stop or wait for someone to arrive. The interaction is what matters.
Estimated time: 1 minute
Nice to Meet You!
Achievement: Find the devs in the level
This is probably the only achievement where you’ll need to actually look around for something.
First, switch to the first floor and look toward the neighboring houses.
You’re looking for a red house.
Once you find it, rotate your camera around so you’re viewing the red house from behind.
You’ll find two static characters standing there. Those are the developers.
Click on both characters, or interact with them as required, and the achievement should unlock.
It’s a nice little developer Easter egg, and it’s easy to miss if you’re only focused on building your house.
You can realistically finish the entire achievement list in around 15–20 minutes if you know what you’re doing.
Most achievements are basically quick interaction or placement challenges, so there’s no reason to spend hours building a huge house before going for them.
My biggest recommendation is to complete everything in your first world. The potential second-world achievement bug is the one thing that can turn a very quick 100% run into an annoying cleanup job.
Once you’ve built the five floors, spammed the required objects, interacted with the dog, car and bus stop, and found the developers, you should have the full achievement set.
