One of the biggest mistakes new Morimens players make is spending valuable currencies on resources that can be farmed elsewhere. Every shop contains items that provide exceptional long-term value, but it also contains plenty of traps that can slow down your account progression.
This guide covers every major exchange in Morimens, including Scrip Exchange, Sediment Exchange, Investigation Exchange, Lightless Exchange, and D-Jewel Exchange, with recommendations on what should be prioritized each month.
Morimens Shop Priority Guide – Buy & Exchange Shops\Stores
- Scrip Exchange (Daily)
- Sediment Exchange (Monthly)
- Investigation Exchange (Monthly/Bi-Weekly)
- Lightless Exchange (Monthly)
- SR Wheel Priority Guide
- D-Jewels Exchange (Monthly)
Scrip Exchange (Daily)
The Scrip Exchange refreshes daily and should be checked every day. Several items provide consistent value regardless of account progression.
High Priority
Mimetic Crystals
Always buy these whenever possible.
Mimetic Crystals can be converted into nearly any rare material needed for Skills and Exalts, making them one of the most flexible resources in the game.
Aetheric Shards
Required for high-level skill upgrades and exalt progression.
These become a constant bottleneck later on, so building a stockpile early is highly recommended.
Steppenwolf Covenant Pieces
Steppenwolf is a solid early-game Covenant set and remains useful for quite a while.
Even after obtaining a completed set, additional pieces can be dismantled for Stamps.
If you already have a strong Steppenwolf set and need to save Scrips, this can be skipped.
Medium Priority
Buy when needed:
- Ascension materials
- Skill upgrade materials
- Gnosis Elixirs
Among these, Gnosis Elixirs usually provide the most consistent value because every Awakener requires them.
Low Priority
Organic Form
Generally not a priority.
You can farm a set if you want to experiment with it, or dismantle extra pieces for Stamps if you have excess Scrip income.
Sediment Exchange (Monthly)
The Sediment Exchange contains some of the most valuable account progression items in Morimens.
High Priority
Prototype Horizon
The single most important purchase.
This item grants a duplicate of any character you own.
Always save it for Limited characters whenever possible.
Timeloop Copy
Functions similarly to Prototype Horizon but for Wheels.
Only use this on Limited Wheels.
Pull Currency
Always prioritize Limited banner pulls.
Standard banner pulls can be skipped if Sediment is tight.
Battle Pass Wheels
If you purchased the Battle Pass, these should be acquired.
Covenant Sets
Once unlocked, consider purchasing:
- Paradox
- Scarlet Embrace
Only purchase these after securing your Prototype Horizon.
Medium Priority
Remembrance Quills
Extremely useful for Covenant optimization.
Worth purchasing if you maintain a healthy Sediment reserve.
Mimetic Crystals
Always useful.
Dusk and Dawn
Provides useful Gnosis effects and sees usage in D-Tide.
Additional copies can be obtained later.
Silver Heart
Useful if you need another Keyflare Wheel for D-Tide.
Extra copies are mostly taken for stats.
Low Priority
Most remaining items.
Avoid purchasing Posse-related items from this shop.
Investigation Exchange (Monthly/Bi-Weekly)
The Investigation Exchange is one of the best sources of free progression resources.
High Priority
SR Character Shards
Priority order:
- Ogier
- Doll
- Lotan
These welfare units provide the best overall value.
Remembrance Quills
Purchase whenever affordable.
Pull Currency
Unlike many other shops, these do not reset.
Purchase when needed.
Gnosis Fragments
Required for creating Gnosis Primers.
These become necessary for leveling characters beyond Level 60.
Dream of Medicine
One of the strongest Covenant sets available later in the game.
Once unlocked, obtaining a complete set should be a priority.
Medium Priority
Crimson Pulse
Excellent early-game Covenant and still useful in specific builds later.
Other Covenant Sets
Generally niche.
Photosynthesis Rite is usually the most broadly useful among the remaining options.
Lightless Exchange (Monthly)
The Lightless Exchange contains several important Wheels that remain relevant throughout the game.
High Priority
Rewinding Time
Arguably the strongest general-purpose Wheel.
Priority:
- E3 first
- +12 eventually
Deathless Ascent
Excellent Aliemus support Wheel.
Very useful in D-Tide.
Recommended progression:
- E3 first
- Additional upgrades later
Celestial Beast
Works well for both Exalt-focused and Strike-focused characters.
Recommended progression:
- E3 first
- +12 later if needed
Heart of a Knight
Most valuable for Ogier.
Generally E3 is enough.
Remembrance Quills
Always valuable.
Aetheric Shards
Consistently useful.
Feast From Afar
Worth obtaining at least one copy.
Its applications are more niche than the options above.
Medium Priority
Gnosis Fragments
Buy when extra currency is available.
Low Priority
Rose Scrips
Not usually worth prioritizing.
Ring of Chamber 36
Extremely niche Covenant.
Only purchase when specifically needed.
SR Wheel Priority Guide
SR Wheels are often used to fill remaining Wheel slots in D-Tide teams.
Most don’t need immediate +12 investment, though a few stand out.
Top Priority
Gateway
One of the strongest SR Wheels available.
Eventually worth upgrading to +12.
Good Options
Slumber
Provides strong utility while also offering valuable Keyflare stats.
Particularly effective on Aequor teams.
Witch
Useful interaction with several characters.
Damage Amplification affects Exalts and remains active until the wielder plays a card.
Good examples include:
- Liz
- 24
Million
Strong on Caro DPS units and characters with many multi-hit attacks.
Silver Cod
Works well on multi-hit attackers.
Examples include:
- Sorel
- Aurita
- Jenkins
- Rykers
- 24
Situational Options
Man in the Mirror
Good on Salvador.
Can also function as a secondary passive Aliemus source.
Isarau
Useful for counter-focused builds.
One of the few SR counter Wheels available.
35mm
Niche but potentially powerful.
Works best in teams capable of stacking large amounts of Death Resistance before bursting.
Deep Sea
Can be useful on Aequor DPS units and occasionally Myriam.
Till the Snow Melts
Potentially useful for card-heavy DPS characters such as Aurita.
Low Impact Options
- Blue Stone
- Never Ending
- Poetic
- Fate Roulette
- Kiss
These Wheels have applications, but most accounts will find better alternatives.
D-Jewels Exchange (Monthly)
The D-Jewels Exchange becomes increasingly important as you approach late-game content.
High Priority
Dreamshard
Required to unlock and upgrade Soulforge Talents.
Essential for Astral Realm progression.
Dreamspark
Used for higher-level Soulforge upgrades.
Always worth purchasing.
Character Shards
Aurita
If you own Corposant or intend to play Aurita teams:
- E2 first
- Then work toward +4 and beyond
Aigis
For players running:
- Helot
- Catena
- Mouchette
- Pollux
- Other Caro compositions
Priority:
- E1 first
- E3 later
Erica
Still useful in Ultra teams.
E3 provides a small upgrade but is not a major priority.
Re-Evolution
Decent Aliemus Covenant.
Worth obtaining a complete set, although its effect is not among the strongest available.
Winter’s Requiem
Generally considered the strongest Keyflare-focused Covenant in this shop.
Core Meltdown
A respectable Keyflare option, though usually weaker than Winter’s Requiem.
Dream of the Sea
Useful for Strength stacking in Aequor teams.
Usually not equipped on Aurita herself.
Low Priority
Most remaining items.
Cursed Rabbit
Occasionally sees use, but generally isn’t worth prioritizing over the options listed above.
If you’re ever unsure where to spend your currencies, focus on these purchases first:
- Prototype Horizon
- Timeloop Copy
- Dreamshards
- Dreamsparks
- Mimetic Crystals
- Aetheric Shards
- Rewinding Time
- Dream of Medicine
- Remembrance Quills
These items provide the highest long-term value and remain relevant regardless of how the meta evolves. Once those essentials are secured each month, you can begin investing in more specialized Covenants, Wheels, and character shards based on your preferred teams and future progression goals.
