The main investigation has you jumping between different applications and reports. Some of the information looks random at first, but the names, codes, organizations, and reports gradually start connecting together.

The NIRIS application contains several important records. One of the first things you’ll come across is the List of Administrators Chart.
You’re essentially trying to identify the people and their positions within the organization.

These details become more meaningful as you continue through the investigation, so don’t worry if they seem disconnected at first.
Pallidum Investigation Report
The next report is the Pallidum Investigation Report.

Choose Connive or Accuse
This is the choice that determines which outcome you receive.

Selecting Connive means you choose to bury the truth and help Seo Hyunju.
The achievement associated with this choice is:

After making the choice, use LOAD GAME if you want to return and experience the other ending.
Choose Accuse
The other option is Accuse.
Choosing this option exposes what happened and leads to the achievement:
Accuse — The victims’ families send their thanks.
If you’re going for all achievements, make sure you reload your save after one outcome and select the opposite option.
Other No Results Found Achievements
The main investigation isn’t the only thing you need to complete if you want all the achievements. Several achievements are tied to the different applications you can use throughout the game.
Here’s where I’d focus your attention.
Search 10 and 100 Times
While using selcatnetenin.com, simply perform searches.
For the first achievement, search 10 times.
This unlocks:
Search Rookie — Search 10 times.
Keep going until you have performed 100 searches in total.
That gives you:
Search Addict — Search 100 times.
You don’t need to make this complicated. If you’re already exploring the website for the main investigation, you can gradually work toward these numbers at the same time.
View Most of the Community
There’s another achievement connected to the community posts on selcatnetenin.com.
You need to search the community posts until approximately 80% of them have been opened.
The easiest way I found to approach this is to search for a very common single letter, such as:

Open the Notepad application and add 100 entries.
You don’t need to overthink what you write. The achievement is tied to making good use of the memo feature, so just keep adding entries until you reach the required number.
This unlocks:
Write First, Think Later — Make good use of the memo feature.
If you’re going for completion, this is an easy one to work on whenever you have a spare moment.
Music Achievement
The Music application has another fairly straightforward achievement.
Choose ADD ALL and let the music play through.
You may not actually need to wait for every track to finish, as the achievement can apparently unlock early, but I’d still let the application run for a while if it doesn’t trigger immediately.
The achievement is:
Government-Approved Medicine — Lose yourself in the music.
DODGE 1.7 Achievements
The last section is a little more challenging.
Open Dodge 1.7 and play the mini-game.
You can use either the arrow keys or WASD to move. Holding Shift allows you to move more slowly, which is useful when you need to make smaller and more controlled movements.
My biggest tip here is to avoid making huge movements. Try to stay around the middle of the screen and make small adjustments as the obstacles approach.
There are two achievements tied to your score.
DODGE Maniac
Score more than 1,000 points in DODGE.
Achievement:

DODGE Master
The harder target is 2,000 points.
Achievement:
DODGE Master — Score over 2,000 points in DODGE.
This mini-game is probably the part where you’ll need the most patience. If you’re struggling, use Shift more often and focus on staying near the center instead of constantly moving around the entire screen.
