The Bazaar is one of the biggest areas added to Obenseuer and is a separate district filled with shops, businesses, entertainment, residential complexes, and several important NPCs. If you are visiting the Bazaar for the first time, there are quite a few locations worth checking.
In this guide, I’ll show you how to enter the Bazaar, explain the passport requirement and security checks, and go through the known shops, businesses, metro station, bars, and other important locations found inside.
I’ll also cover the Bazaar’s slum area and the Menttii and Murju building complexes, including the flea market and Rat Arena, so you know what to look for while exploring.
Obenseuer Bazaar Guide – Building, Shops and Locations
The main entrance to the Bazaar can be found from Trade Road.
The Bazaar is separated from the Residential District by walls and has its own controlled entrance. You need a passport to enter through the main gate.
There are also alternative ways to reach the Bazaar through the underground areas.
The other known entry routes include:
- Main Bazaar gate
- Mines
- Underground tunnels
If you’re exploring the area before obtaining a passport, the underground routes can be particularly useful.
Bazaar Passport Check
The main gate isn’t simply an ordinary entrance.
You need to show your passport when entering the Bazaar, and security can also check you when you’re leaving.
This is particularly important if you’re carrying stolen items.
The Bazaar’s main gate may check your inventory for stolen goods when you leave the area. Because of this, be careful about carrying stolen items through the main entrance.
If you have been collecting items throughout Obenseuer, it’s worth keeping this security check in mind before leaving the Bazaar.
Bazaar Slums
The Bazaar also has a separate slum section.
The gate to the slum area is not open all day. It is accessible between:
- 06:00
- 20:00
If you arrive outside these hours, you may need to wait until the gate opens again.
The slum area is worth exploring because it contains additional characters, buildings, and content separate from the main commercial part of the Bazaar.
Known Bazaar Locations
There are many different businesses and locations spread throughout the Bazaar.
Here are the major locations you can find.
Rob-In Build and Repair
Rob-In Build and Repair is one of the most useful businesses for players who want to improve their Tenement.
The shop allows you to perform Fine and Quality upgrades to your Tenement.
If you’re working on improving your property, this should be one of your first stops in the Bazaar.
Bazaar Bank
The Bazaar Bank is an important location connected to the passport-related content.
The bank is hinted at during Passmore’s part of the Getting a Passport quest.
Passmore asks you to investigate whether the Bergman Maintenance Tunnels still connect the Tenement B area to the bank.
Because of this connection, the Bazaar Bank is worth remembering if you’re working through the passport quest.
Alco
Alco is one of the businesses located inside the Bazaar.
It is one of the locations you’ll encounter while exploring the commercial area.
ANKEA
ANKEA is another Bazaar establishment.
It sells furniture and also has a food store, making it useful for players looking for both furniture and food-related items.
Bakery
The Bazaar also has a bakery.
This gives you another place to visit when looking for food and adds to the variety of shops available in the area.
Bazaar Metro Station
The Bazaar Metro Station provides access to the metro system and is an important transportation location.
If you’re traveling between different areas of Obenseuer, keep the station in mind when planning your route through the Bazaar.
Bookstore
The Bazaar has its own bookstore.
If you’re collecting books and reading-related items, this is another location worth checking.
Broms
Broms is another establishment located within the Bazaar.
Make sure to explore the building and talk to the NPCs you encounter there, as Bazaar locations can contain more than just shops.
Casino
The Bazaar contains a casino where you can take part in entertainment activities.
The casino is also connected to some of the new content introduced with the Bazaar expansion.
Card games are available as part of the Bazaar’s entertainment options, giving you something to do besides shopping and completing quests.
Club Basement Bar
The Club Basement Bar is another drinking and entertainment location in the Bazaar.
It is located in the basement area of the club and provides another place to explore while moving through the district.
General Trader
The General Trader is one of the more useful shops in the Bazaar.
It allows you to buy and sell items, making it a convenient place to visit when managing your inventory.
If you have collected items that you don’t need, check the General Trader before leaving the Bazaar.
Internet Cafe
The Internet Cafe provides access to PCs that you can rent for entertainment.
It also contains a snack and food shop, giving you another place to purchase something to eat while exploring the area.
J Kiosk
J Kiosk is another small commercial location within the Bazaar.
As with the other businesses, it is worth checking the shop and talking to its NPCs while exploring.
Hotel Korso
Hotel Korso is one of the larger establishments in the Bazaar.
It is another important building to explore if you’re trying to discover everything in the district.
O-Iron
O-Iron is another business located within the Bazaar.
Make sure to check the location while exploring the commercial area.
Osmo Olut Bar
Osmo Olut Bar is another bar located in the Bazaar.
It is part of the district’s collection of entertainment and food-and-drink establishments.
Rosso’s Instant Art
Rosso’s Instant Art is one of the more interesting businesses in the Bazaar if you enjoy decorating your Tenement.
The shop sells decorations and also allows you to use custom images for certain decorative items.
You can create custom:
- Frames
- Paintings
- Flags
This makes Rosso’s Instant Art particularly useful for personalizing your property.
Mallment
Mallment is a commercial building containing multiple establishments.
Instead of being a single shop, it functions as a larger commercial complex with several businesses inside.
If you’re exploring the Bazaar for the first time, make sure you don’t skip Mallment because there can be multiple places to visit within the same building.
Sewerview Inn
The Sewerview Inn is another establishment in the Bazaar.
It is worth exploring as part of your tour through the district, especially if you’re trying to find every known location.
Welhö
Welho is located in the Bazaar and is known for selling unique items.
If you’re collecting unusual or special items, make sure to visit Welhö and check what is available.
Bazaar Building Complexes
The Bazaar isn’t only made up of individual shops.
There are also larger building complexes, including Menttii and Murju.
These complexes contain multiple units and additional activities.
Menttii
Menttii is a building complex made up of two units.
The complex forms part of the Bazaar’s residential and commercial buildings.
If you’re exploring the Bazaar completely, make sure to check both units rather than only looking at the exterior.
Murju
Murju is another complex made up of two units.
Murju A contains several interesting locations and activities, making it one of the more useful complexes to explore.
Murju A Vendor
Murju A has a vendor who buys and sells:
- Cigars
- Alcohol
- Mushroom-related products
If you’re interested in these categories of items, this vendor is worth visiting.
Murju Flea Market
A Flea Market can be found on the first floor of Murju.
This gives you another place to browse for items and is one of the reasons the building is worth exploring rather than simply passing through it.
Murju Rat Arena
The rooftop of Murju contains a Rat Arena.
The Rat Arena is an unusual activity within the Bazaar and provides another piece of content to discover.
If you’re exploring Murju, make sure you go all the way up to the rooftop instead of stopping at the lower floors.

Things to Do in the Bazaar
There is much more to the Bazaar than simply shopping.
When you visit, I recommend doing the following:
Explore Every Major Building
The Bazaar contains many different businesses packed into one district.
Don’t just follow the main road. Check side buildings, basements, rooftops, and larger complexes such as Mallment and Murju.
Check the Shops
Several shops have specialized purposes.
For example, Rob-In Build and Repair is useful for Tenement upgrades, while Rosso’s Instant Art is useful for decorations and custom images.
Visit Murju
Murju is especially worth visiting because it contains several different activities.
Check the vendor in Murju A, visit the Flea Market on the first floor, and then go to the rooftop to find the Rat Arena.
Visit Welhö
Welho sells unique items, so his shop is worth checking whenever you’re exploring the Bazaar.
Explore the Slums During Opening Hours
Remember that the slum gate is open from 06:00 to 20:00.
If you’re planning to explore this section, make sure you arrive during those hours.
Watch Your Inventory
The main Bazaar gate can check you for stolen items when you’re leaving.
If you’re carrying stolen goods, remember that the main entrance has this additional security check.
Bazaar and the Passport Quest
The Bazaar is also connected to the Getting a Passport quest.
One important part involves Passmore and the Bazaar Bank.
Passmore asks you to check whether the Bergman Maintenance Tunnels still connect from Tenement B to the Bazaar Bank.
This makes the underground tunnel network especially important if you’re progressing through the passport-related content.
Bazaar Exploration Tips
If this is your first time visiting the Bazaar, I recommend exploring it in stages.
First, enter through the main gate if you have your passport. Then visit the major commercial buildings before moving toward the less obvious areas.
After checking the shops, explore the larger complexes and look for basements and rooftops.
Murju is a good example of why this matters: the building contains a vendor, a Flea Market, and the Rat Arena, all in different parts of the complex.
Also remember that the Bazaar has alternative access through the mines and underground tunnels, so the main gate isn’t your only route into the district.
The Bazaar is much larger than a simple collection of new shops. It is a separate district with its own entrance, security system, businesses, residential complexes, entertainment locations, underground connections, and side content.
The most important locations to remember are Rob-In Build and Repair, Bazaar Bank, General Trader, Rosso’s Instant Art, Welho, Mallment, Murju, and the Bazaar Metro Station.
If you’re trying to discover everything, don’t forget the less obvious locations. Explore the slums between 06:00 and 20:00, check both units of Menttii and Murju, visit the Murju Flea Market, and head to the Murju rooftop for the Rat Arena.
The Bazaar also continues to expand the game’s customization and property systems, making it one of the most interesting areas to explore in Obenseuer.
