Princess Maker Children of Revelation Guide – Endings

If you are playing Princess Maker: Children of Revelation and want to unlock all the different endings, there is a lot to keep track of. You are raising your daughter from age nine to eighteen, and the choices you make with classes, jobs, gifts, relationships, and Fate Cards can completely change how the run ends.

In this guide, I will go through the different job, class, marriage, and special endings, followed by the three difficult Epic Endings. I will also explain the Fate Card combinations and strategies I used to reach the Princess, Demon King, and Queen endings.

Princess Maker Children of Revelation Guide – Endings

A normal run can take anywhere from around 45 minutes to two hours, depending on how complicated the ending you are targeting is. Every unique ending also unlocks a Fate Card that can make future runs easier, so completing different endings is an important part of progressing through the game.

Job-Related Endings

Job endings are some of the easiest endings to obtain. In most cases, you simply need to repeatedly perform the relevant job until you meet the requirements.

Here are the job-related endings currently covered by this guide.

Ending Job Fate Card Card Effect
Villager Housework — None
Ranch Manager Ranch Animal Rhythm Increases stats gained from Music lessons
Carpenter Woodworking For a Masterpiece Increases stats gained from Art lessons
Horticultural Therapist Botanical Garden Blooming Magic Increases stats gained from Magic Studies lessons
Village Healer Infirmary Fitness First Increases stats gained from Martial Arts lessons
Bartender Bartending I’m Not Drunk! Starting propensity begins in Chaos
Soldier Checkpoint A Heart to Protect Increases stats gained from Swordsmanship lessons

Bartender Ending

The Bartender ending is a little different because you want your Elegance, Speech, and Charm to be reasonably high.

Completing this ending unlocks the I’m Not Drunk! Fate Card, which starts your propensity in Chaos. This card becomes particularly useful for the Demon King Epic Ending.

Class Endings

Class endings work similarly to job endings. The basic strategy is to repeatedly take the class associated with the ending you want.

Painter Ending

Class: Art

Fate Card: Artistic Cuisine

Effect: Earns higher scores in the Cooking Contest.

Magic Engineer Ending

Classes: Alchemy and Magic

Be careful with your magical rating when working toward this ending.

Fate Card: Advanced Magitech

Effect: Increases magic attack power during battle.

Dance Tutor Ending

Class: Dance

Fate Card: Graceful Movements

Effect: Greatly increases the passive effect of dresses.

Writer Ending

Class: Writing

Fate Card: The Story Begins

Effect: Starts the game with the Princess Maker book.

Marriage Endings

Marriage endings are generally pretty easy compared to the Epic Endings. The main exception is the Demon King Agares ending.

The basic strategy is to spend time with the romanceable characters and increase their affection. Give them gifts when necessary and continue interacting with them until their affection reaches Soulmate.

Once a character reaches Soulmate status, they can propose at the end of the game.

Gracillis Ending

Fate Card: With Gracillis

Effect: Receive money on your daughter’s birthday each year.

Charles Ending

Fate Card: With Charles

Effect: Increases money earned from selling items at the General Store.

Olea Ending

Fate Card: With Olea

Effect: Reduces Condition consumed at the Infirmary.

Clivia Ending

Fate Card: With Clivia

Effect: Reduces Condition consumed at the Botanical Garden.

Gremory Ending

Fate Card: With Gremory

Effect: Reduces Condition consumed at the Maid Cafe.

Cresty Ending

Fate Card: With Cresty

Effect: Receive money on the parent’s birthday each year.

Lupo Ending

Fate Card: With Lupo

Effect: Reduces Condition consumed at the Blacksmith.

Basic Agares Ending

Fate Card: With Agares

Effect: Reduces Condition consumed at the Checkpoint.

To unlock Agares, you need to read the Princess Maker book. You can either buy it from the Peddler or start with it through the The Story Begins Fate Card.

There is an important timing requirement here: this must be done before January 1st when your daughter is age 10.

After reading the book, Agares will appear at the castle before disappearing for several years.

Other Endings

There are also endings that require more specific objectives instead of simply grinding one job or class.

Adventurer Ending

Requirements:

  • Medium Warrior Rating
  • Complete Fersen’s quests

Fate Card: Crisis Escape

Effect: Always successfully flee from monsters.

Magic Clerk Ending

Requirements:

  • Medium Magic Rating
  • Complete the Magic Clerk’s quests

Fate Card: Stable Civil Servant

Effect: Increases starting money.

Epic Endings

The three Epic Endings are by far the most difficult endings in the game.

They require specific Fate Card combinations, careful time management, and very high stats. Some of the requirements can come down to the final few turns of the game, especially with the Queen ending.

The three Epic Endings are:

  • Princess
  • Demon King
  • Queen

I strongly recommend doing the Princess ending first. The Princess Maker Fate Card it unlocks is extremely useful for the other Epic Endings.

Epic Ending – Princess

The Princess ending is the one I recommend starting with.

The basic idea is to become close with Agares while building extremely high Social and Artistic ratings and raising six important stats to 800 or higher.

Princess Ending Requirements

You need:

  • Social Rating: 500
  • Artistic Rating: 500
  • Elegance: 800+
  • Manners: 800+
  • Speech: 800+
  • Sensitivity: 800+
  • Sense: 800+
  • Charm: 800+

Princess Fate Card Loadout

Use:

  • Fate: Keen Eye
  • Belief: Artistic Cuisine
  • Freedom: Let Money Make Money

I consider Let Money Make Money one of the strongest Fate Cards in the game. It is extremely useful for generating money and will appear in several of the Epic Ending setups.

Princess Ending – Early Game

First, make sure you visit the castle and talk to your daughter every month. We need to build Social Standing and maintain a good alignment.

Agares likes these gifts:

  • Demon’s Lord Picture Book — sold by the Peddler and considered his favorite gift
  • Flower — gives +2 Hearts

Your first major goal is to buy the Princess Maker book from the Peddler. It costs 1,500G.

To make the money, repeatedly work at the Botanical Garden and Restaurant. We need the money, and the Restaurant also helps us prepare for the Cooking Contest.

Once you have the book, buy and read it immediately.

Agares will eventually appear in the Flower Garden.

After that, start building your capital while taking Etiquette classes until you reach 150 Manners for the consort requirement.

With the money Fate Card active, your income should be strong enough to cover most of your tuition costs. You can either continue working to build a huge amount of gold or take classes and allow your passive income to cover the costs.

Continue improving your Social stats.

Ideally, once your money situation is stable, usually after the second year, switch your Harvest Festival focus from the Cooking Competition to the Arts Competition. This gives you better Artistic and Social Standing gains.

Just make sure your Art and Social ratings remain on track.

Eventually, Agares will disappear after you build up the first affection bar, moving the run into its midgame stage.

Princess Ending – Mid Game

The middle portion of the Princess run is relatively straightforward.

Continue taking classes and working while stockpiling Demon Lord Picture Books from the Peddler.

The wiki recommends completing the Consort quests to unlock Dance, Art, and Music classes to A rank and then turning in the quest for money.

I personally did not rely on this. During my first Princess attempt, I ended up getting the Art School Director ending from this quest and became a little superstitious about using it.

If you need the money, you can still complete it, but you should generally be fine financially if your early game was handled properly.

Eventually, Agares will appear at the Outpost.

Talk to him every turn and continue giving him gifts to increase his affection.

Princess Ending – Late Game

The beginning is probably the hardest part of this ending.

If you have been consistently taking classes and building your money reserve, you should eventually have your Social and Artistic ratings maxed out and be reasonably close to the required stats.

If you are missing some stats, you can simply buy items from the shops.

You can raise the six required stats to 800 with roughly $100,000 worth of items, assuming you haven’t completely neglected them.

If you are going to buy a large number of items, save your game beforehand.

Once Agares proposes, accept the proposal and finish the run.

Princess Ending Checklist

  • Buy and read the Princess Maker book from the Peddler for 1,500G
  • Talk to Agares during every Castle visit
  • Stock up on Demon Lord Picture Books and Flowers
  • Find Agares at age 14 through the Checkpoint / History class events
  • Reach 500+ Artistic Rating
  • Reach 500+ Social Rating
  • Reach 800+ Sensitivity
  • Reach 800+ Sense
  • Reach 800+ Charm
  • Reach 800+ Elegance
  • Reach 800+ Manners
  • Reach 800+ Speech
  • Accept Agares’ proposal on the final day

Completing the Princess ending rewards you with the Princess Maker and Princess & Prince Fate Cards.

The Princess Maker card makes education cost no money.

Epic Ending – Demon King

The Demon King ending takes the Princess strategy and flips it around.

Instead of focusing on Art and Social ratings, you will focus heavily on Magic and Warrior ratings, while maintaining a negative Chaos alignment.

Demon King Requirements

You need:

  • Warrior Rating: 500
  • Magical Rating: 500
  • Stamina: 800+
  • Strength: 800+
  • Agility: 800+
  • Intelligence: 800+
  • Magic: 800+
  • Spirit: 800+
  • S Rank Swordsmanship
  • S Rank Magic Studies
  • S Rank Martial Arts
  • S Rank Alchemy
  • Chaotic alignment
  • Complete the Suspicious Mage questline

Demon King Fate Cards

Use:

  • Fate: Princess Maker
  • Belief: Slay! or Artistic Cuisine
  • Freedom: I’m Not Drunk!

This time, Let Money Make Money has to be replaced because we need Chaos alignment early.

For the Belief card, you can use either Slay! or Artistic Cuisine.

Slay! gives you more monsters during encounters, which is useful for farming your ratings.

I used Artistic Cuisine because I had not unlocked Slay! yet. It also gave me a convenient source of early money.

The Suspicious Mage Questline

The Suspicious Mage has four important events.

Event 1

Requirements:

  • Chaotic alignment
  • Free Time

This can take a while to trigger. It took several years during my first run.

Event 2

Requirements:

  • Chaotic alignment
  • Receive the letter
  • Free Time

Once you receive the letter, use Free Time again to trigger the next event.

Event 3

Requirements:

  • Chaotic alignment
  • S Rank Swordsmanship
  • S Rank Magic Studies

Event 4

Requirements:

  • Chaotic alignment
  • 500+ Magic Rating
  • 500+ Warrior Rating
  • S Rank Swordsmanship
  • S Rank Martial Arts
  • S Rank Magic Studies
  • S Rank Alchemy
  • 800+ Stamina
  • 800+ Strength
  • 800+ Agility
  • 800+ Intelligence
  • 800+ Magic
  • 800+ Spirit

Once all of these requirements are met, accept his offer.

If the final interaction doesn’t immediately appear, keep using Free Time until it triggers.

Demon King – Early Game

Start building your Magic and Warrior skills as quickly as possible.

Your goal is to get all four important classes to S Rank:

  • Swordsmanship
  • Martial Arts
  • Magic Studies
  • Alchemy

Remember to use Free Time when resting, especially when you have an open Suspicious Mage event.

You probably won’t have enough stats to win the Martial Arts Festival early in the run. This is why Artistic Cuisine can be useful.

Even without specifically training Cooking-related stats, you can often finish second and get some extra money.

Once your stats and equipment improve, switch over to the Martial Arts Competition to increase your rating.

You should also explore the map and fight enemies to increase your ratings.

To maintain Chaos alignment, keep your daughter’s Condition low, avoid talking to her, and don’t give her gifts.

It sounds cruel, but unfortunately that’s what this particular ending wants.

The wizard in the castle can provide some strong magic equipment through his questline, but I recommend ignoring it here because you don’t have much time to spend farming Manners.

Demon King – Mid Game

The middle portion is mostly about farming.

At this stage, you should be waiting for the letter from the Suspicious Mage, so continue building your stats and ratings.

Keep an eye on your Chaos alignment. Taking vacations can sometimes help with alignment options, but ideally you will remain strongly aligned toward Chaos by simply neglecting your daughter.

By the end of the midgame, you want to have completed the second and third Suspicious Mage events.

Demon King – End Game

By the endgame, your stats and ratings should be almost completely finished.

Once you have met all of the requirements, there isn’t much else to do.

I like to think of this stage as “Spam Free Time until you can betray the empire.”

During my first run, I spent several months simply using Free Time.

If you are missing some stats, Mabian and Primordial Mountain have item shops that can help patch up your weakest stats.

You should also have accumulated a decent amount of money throughout the run, so spend it on whatever stats you are missing.

Eventually, the Suspicious Mage will approach you one final time.

Accept his offer to complete the Demon King ending.

Demon King Reward

Card: You Speak of Rules?

Effect: Any Fate Card can be placed in any slot.

It is a cool-looking card and can have some niche uses, but personally, I still prefer the combination of Princess Maker and Let Money Make Money.

Epic Ending – Queen

The Queen ending is the hardest of the three Epic Endings, at least in my experience.

This one requires very careful time management, and I strongly recommend saving frequently so you can recover if something goes wrong.

Queen Requirements

You need:

  • Social Rating: 500
  • Magic or Warrior Rating: 500
  • All Stats: 800+
  • Lawful alignment

Queen Fate Cards

Use:

  • Fate: Princess Maker
  • Belief: Princess & Prince
  • Freedom: Let Money Make Money

This is my favorite compound-interest setup.

Princess Maker + Let Money Make Money can generate more than $400,000, and we are going to need a huge amount of money toward the end of the run.

Princess & Prince is also extremely useful because we will be doing a lot of work while having very little time to grind Manners.

At the same time, we need to maintain a Lawful alignment, which means keeping Condition high and resting regularly.

The most important thing is getting the compound-interest engine running as quickly as possible.

Queen Ending – Early Game

The early game is extremely important.

The basic strategy is to balance your Condition with repeated work at the Ranch.

The Ranch is particularly important because we need a large amount of Stamina, and Stamina is the one stat we cannot simply buy from the item shops.

I spent most of the early game grinding money and occasionally taking Etiquette classes to unlock the next castle character.

The requirements become extremely easy with the Princess & Prince card.

For the Harvest Festival, you can either:

  • Buy the cheap 700G dress and get Manners from the banquet
  • Skip the festival to reset your Condition to 1000

I basically continued grinding cash until I had around $100,000.

Once you reach this point, the interest from your money becomes much more valuable than the income you can generate through normal work.

This means you can spend the rest of the run focusing on stats and ratings.

The early game is essentially a massive grind. In my own run, I made almost 70 Ranch visits.

Queen Ending – Mid Game

This is where the run starts getting stressful.

Once your income engine is working, you need to focus heavily on grinding.

Start collecting Warrior equipment and continue working on Stamina.

Swordsmanship and Martial Arts are important here, and around 25 visits should be enough to reach S Rank.

While doing this, explore the world and defeat enemies to increase your Warrior rating.

You generally don’t need to rely on the Martial Arts Competition unless you are slightly short on your required rating.

At the same time, sprinkle in Etiquette and other Social classes to increase your Social Rating.

The banquet is also useful for Social Rating.

And most importantly:

Do not forget your Castle quests.

Queen Ending – End Game

This is the point where I recommend making a save.

Your required ratings need to be maxed out, but your individual stats can still be all over the place.

Ideally, you should have at least $350,000 saved during the final two months of the run.

If you don’t have enough money, calculate exactly how many items you need to purchase and whether your remaining funds will be enough.

Some items have negative effects, so the order in which you consume them matters.

Buy the items, save your game, and then consume them in the correct order.

If your calculations are correct, you should be able to push every stat to 800 or higher.

Once you finish the run, you will have an interaction with the Regent from the castle and become a benevolent Queen.

Queen Ending Reward

Card: Perfect Reign

Effect: All activities start with a 100% success rate.

Item Shop List

The item shops are extremely important for the Queen ending because they allow you to fix your stats during the final part of the run.

Example Queen Ending Stat Boost

For reference, here is the stat line from the successful Queen run used in the original guide.

Stat Starting Final Value
Stamina 999
Strength 510
Agility 268
Intelligence 107
Magic 24
Spirit 30
Elegance 529
Manners 899
Speech 189
Sensitivity 574
Sense 70
Charm 22
Funds $483,489

The following items were then consumed to finish the stat requirements:

Item Quantity
Teddy Bear 183
Disguise Kit 130
Tea Set 39
Handkerchief 38
Star Ruby 93
Ceremonial Dagger 82
World Tree Tear 80
Plant Guide 87
Blue Gemstone 111
Green Quill Pen 68

Total spent: $353,260

Because several items have negative stat effects, the order of consumption is important. If you are using this method, I strongly recommend saving before buying and consuming everything so you can retry if your calculations are off.

Princess Maker: Children of Revelation has a surprisingly large number of endings, and the Fate Card system makes each completed ending useful for future runs.

If you’re just starting, I recommend working through some of the easier job, class, and marriage endings first. Once you have stronger Fate Cards, move on to the Epic Endings.

For the Epic Endings, I would personally tackle them in this order: Princess → Demon King → Queen. The Princess ending gives you the incredibly useful Princess Maker card, which makes the later runs much easier.

The Queen ending is definitely the one where you need to pay the most attention to your money, stats, alignment, and remaining turns. Save frequently, plan your final item purchases carefully, and don’t leave everything until the last few turns unless you’ve already calculated exactly what you need.
