In this post, we will tell you how to unlock all of the achievements in Tales of Fear – Episode Zero. Most of them are tied to finding hidden items or interacting with specific objects during the story.
There are several collectibles to keep an eye out for, including mice, USB drives, and subway tickets. A few achievements are also unlocked through simple interactions, so you don’t want to rush past everything while progressing through the game.
Tales of Fear Episode Zero Achievements Guide – All Cases
I’ve listed each achievement below with the locations and actions you need to complete it. You can use this as a checklist while playing so you don’t miss anything.
Gota Catch Them All
For this achievement, you need to find and interact with all five mice around the different areas of the game.
Mouse 1
The first mouse is in the bedroom.
Mouse 2
The second mouse can be found in the dress room.
Mouse 3
Look around the cat’s bed for the third mouse.
Mouse 4
The fourth mouse is located in the barn.
Mouse 5
The final mouse is outside, near the cat’s bowl.
Interact with all five mice to unlock Gota Catch Them All.
Meow
This one is much simpler. Find the cat and pet it.
The cat can be found near its bed, where you also encounter one of the mice. Interact with the cat and the Meow achievement should unlock.
Leaked
For Leaked, you need to find and interact with all five USB drives hidden throughout the game.
USB 1
The first USB is located in the lobby.
USB 2
The second USB is in the room where you work with your coworker.
USB 3
Look for the third USB in the room where you get your access card.
USB 4
The fourth USB is inside the security room.
USB 5
The final USB can be found inside the server room.
Make sure you interact with all five USB drives to complete this achievement.
What a Creep!
Near the end of the game, you will eventually gain access to the server room.
Once you have access, try opening the janitor’s room nearby. Doing this will trigger the What a Creep! achievement.
You don’t need to do anything complicated here. Just make sure you check the janitor’s room once you reach this part of the game.
Ticket Please?
For Ticket Please?, you need to find all five subway tickets.
Ticket 1
The first ticket is at the entrance of the subway station.
Ticket 2
The second ticket is in the room where you get the key.
Ticket 3
After heading into the subway area, look for the third ticket while walking down the stairs.
Ticket 4
The fourth ticket is located around the seats in the subway area.
Ticket 5
The final ticket is inside the train.
Collect all five tickets to unlock Ticket Please?.
Realy Dude…
The final achievement is very easy to get.
When you are given a choice involving the drinks, simply choose the Japan Cola Zero.

Most of the achievements in Tales of Fear – Episode Zero are easy to unlock as long as you take your time exploring. The collectibles are spread across areas you naturally visit during the story, but some are easy to overlook if you move through each room quickly.
I recommend checking the bedroom, dress room, barn, subway, and other side rooms carefully before moving on. When you reach the later sections of the game, remember to check the janitor’s room and make the correct drink choice for the last achievement.
