The Coma 3 Bloodlines Walkthrough – Endings, Achivements
Difficulty sits around 3.5 out of 10. Nothing here is mechanically difficult, but the game does expect you to pay attention.
Total completion time is roughly 8 to 12 hours.
You only need one playthrough if you don’t miss key items.
There are missables, especially the 62 notes and three critical story items tied to the true ending.
Act 1: The Nightmare Begins
Sweet Home unlocks automatically when you start the game.
The Mysterious Grandmother triggers after escaping the roamer in your apartment.
Study Group unlocks once you reach Cafe Red Moon and meet the group.
Slush Fund Warehouse is optional but important. Inside the Academy storage room, interact with the pile of cash. If you are aiming for the true ending, do not take the money.
Uncle Kwangsoo unlocks after talking to the NPC past Classroom B.
Unwelcome Guests triggers after the cutscene at the Academy Street entrance.
At this stage, just play normally but begin collecting notes whenever you see them. Missing early ones can be annoying later.
Act 2: Finding Your Footing
Base Camp unlocks after escaping the Shades.
Ghost Vigilantes of Sehwa Foundation unlocks immediately after reaching the Cathedral.
The Two Meet Again triggers when you meet Mina again via the elevator.
The Sword of the Clan Master requires defeating the blind enemy. Move carefully, avoid rushing, and strike only when safe.
This section is straightforward, but awareness matters more than speed.
Act 3: Department Store Section
Disposal unlocks after breaking the chains on the second floor using bolt cutters.
The Department Store’s Master unlocks when you meet Mr. Bang.
Arin Shin unlocks after meeting Arin in the security room.
Sehee Jang unlocks after freeing her from the booth.
Clan Master’s Armour unlocks after defeating the General. This is one of the more serious fights, so don’t waste healing items early.
Delivering the Weird Gift is critical. When back at base camp, speak to Youngho and choose the dialogue option about the favor. You will receive cream. This must be given to Mina later for the true ending.
Act 4: Sol-City Apartments
Gunwoo Park unlocks after returning to the Cathedral.
The Red Dot Following Me triggers during the sniper sequence early in this area.
Plant Exterminator unlocks after destroying the plant enemy in Room 201.
Jihyun in Wonderland unlocks when speaking to Chance.
Pendant of Protection is extremely important. When exiting the apartment complex, immediately check the left side. The pendant is on the ground. If you move right first, a cutscene will trigger and you will miss it permanently.
Yeseol Han unlocks after the next major cutscene.
This section is where most players accidentally mess up the true ending. Do not rush exits.
Act 5: Tower of Classrooms
Tower of Classrooms unlocks after the meeting at base camp.
Second Filter Vision triggers after repairing the mascot helmet and falling through.
Dark Song unlocks after talking to Arin in the Broadcast Room.
The Queen’s Mirror triggers after solving the puzzle near Old Storage.
Blade Replenishment is the final required item. While playing as Youngho, find Arin on the first floor near the Shelter and speak to her to receive the blade shard.
Note Collector unlocks after collecting all 62 notes. This requires careful exploration throughout every area.
True Ending Requirements
To get the best ending, you must collect all three of the following:
Mina must receive the cream from Youngho
Jihyun must collect the pendant in the apartment section
Youngho must receive the blade shard in the Tower section
If any of these are missed, you will not get the true ending.
Finale
The Vicious Sister and Sumi Park unlocks during the late-game story reveal.
Killer Song Time triggers during the final encounter.
There are three separate achievements tied to saving each character. All three only unlock if you collected the required items earlier.
Those of the Bloodline unlocks when you achieve the true ending.
Goodbye, Everyone! unlocks after completing the epilogue sequence following the credits.
