Queen’s Domain is an engaging adventure game where you explore ancient temples and uncover hidden treasures while facing formidable foes. The thrill of discovery keeps players on their toes, making every find a piece of history.
Unlocking treasure rooms is essential, as finding key stones can initially be straightforward but often leads to surprises and tougher challenges down the line. Specifically, you’ll need the Blood Key Stone, which you get after a brief exploration in Obmuer Temple, but other key stones are tethered within their respective treasure rooms.
Finding all key stones not only enhances your gear but also elevates your gameplay experience.
This guide provides you with detailed steps to obtain the first key stones needed to unlock treasure rooms in the game. You’ll also learn about potential challenges and key locations, ensuring you don’t miss anything important along the way.
Getting the First Key Stone
To start cracking open those treasure vaults, you’ll need to find the key stones. For your first key stone, head to the beginning of Obmuer Temple and wade through the water until you get to the slope covered in skeletons and barnacles.
From the edge of the platform, air dash over to a small piece of land where one of Aganmi’s raiders lies. From there, look to your right for an opening into the temple, and drop down into it, or check out the dark cave to your left.

Once you’re in the cave, just keep going straight until you hit a ledge that opens up into a big room with some pillars. There’s a vault to enter on the other side of this room.
At the back, you’ll find a skeleton sitting with a note beside it. Reading this note adds the Blood Key Stone to the duck lady’s shop for 24 ancient coins.
Now you’re all set to start your treasure hunt since the other two key stones are tucked away in the treasure rooms.

Blood Treasure Rooms
The Treasure Rooms are divided into tiers: Blood, Velvet, and Jade. You’ll find two Blood vaults, two Velvet vaults, and just one Jade vault.
The first Blood vault is located in the basement of the Tower of Knowledge. You need to defeat the area boss to clear the flesh growths, which will allow you to access a room filled with candle crawlers.
After taking care of them, you’ll find the Blood vault door tucked away in a corner with a glowing mushroom.

Inside this Treasure Room, you’ll find the Rusted Greatsword. Once you hit Level 10, it evolves into Wodaso’s Holy Lightning and you can also get the Scaled Greatsword in the shop for just 10 ancient coins.
The second Blood vault is in the Verdant Hollow. I think the easiest way to get there is by first heading to the Petrified Garden and walking out the gate leading to the Rotting Cavern.
You could also get there quickly from the Rotting Cavern wing altar or by using the elevator from the Verdant Hollow wing altar. No matter how you approach it, just walk up the slope next to the gates.
From the ledge near the cave, you’ll spot some windows in the cliff face that you can air dash into. Inside that dark room, look for the Blood vault door through a doorway on your left.

In this Treasure Room, you’ll find the Velvet Keystone.
Velvet Treasure Rooms
To find the first Velvet Treasure Room, you’ll need to go back to the starting area of Neasied. Teleport to the Neasied wing altar.
There’s a cave on the cliff face beside the altar that you can enter. At the back of that small cave, drop down through a hole.
You’ll find a hidden door leading deeper into the earth at the back of that room. Follow this path until you hit an elevator, then take it down.
In the room it brings you to, the Velvet vault is just past two pillars by the entrance.

Inside this Treasure Room is the Rusted Great Morning Star. Once you reach level 10, it evolves into Jigeki’s Rot, and the Bronze Great Morning Star becomes available in the shop for 10 ancient coins.
The next Velvet Treasure Room is in the Rotting Cavern. From the Rotting Cavern wing altar, you’ll see a shrine-like structure nearby. Follow the path that direction to reach a sealed door, which requires four dark triangular slate pieces scattered in the area to open (similar to what you did at the Obmuer Temple entrance) to access the vault.

If you want an easier way to skip hunting for the slates, head to the area above the wing altar, where the crystal monument is. You can either take the elevator from the connecting area or hop onto one of the wing altar prongs and dash over. From there, dash across the broken bridge to find a hole in the wall that leads you exactly where you need to be.

To reach the final Treasure Room, you’ll need to venture deep into Deimpo Mausoleum. Start at the Deimpo Mausoleum wing altar, take the right door, and head down the giant stairwell. As you go down, just keep an eye on the wall—you’ll spot the door to the vault.

Inside this Treasure Room, you’ll discover the Rusted Leaf Blade. Once you hit level 10, it evolves into Puwema’s Leaf Blade, unlocking the Gilded Leaf Blade and the Ring of Wind for 10 and 30 ancient coins in the shop, respectively.
Final Thoughts
Happy treasure hunting! Remember, exploring every nook and cranny can yield valuable secrets, so don’t rush through the areas.
