The main thing to remember about trinkets is that they are closely tied to your Boon setup. Each trinket provides a specific effect through its associated Boon, so choosing one should depend on what you want your build to do.
For example, some trinkets are connected to fire, frost, poison, bleeding, defense, healing, stamina, or movement-related effects. Others are built around more specific mechanics such as marks, weapon damage, knockback, or consumables.
Because of this, I would not simply pick a trinket because its name sounds powerful. Look at the Boon it provides and think about how that effect fits with your weapon and the rest of your build.
Trinkets give you another way to specialize your Nephilim without relying entirely on your weapon or armor.
If you are building around aggressive attacks, you can look toward offensive Boons such as Sanguine Strike, Sanguine Slice, Toxic Strike, Scorching Charge, or Vigorous Strikes.
For more defensive or survivability-focused setups, effects such as Radiant Fortitude, Guardian Angel, Aegis of Frost, Defiant Vigor, Divine Endurance, and Font of Light can be worth considering.
There are also plenty of utility and movement-focused options, including Momentum Charge, Blessed Momentum, Consecrated Draught, and other effects that can complement a faster playstyle.
The exact value of each Boon will depend on your build, so experimenting with different combinations is part of the fun.
Trinkets are an important part of character customization in Crimson Moon. With a large selection of amulets, rings, gems, medals, torcs, and other relic-like items, you can use them to push your Nephilim toward a specific playstyle.
The list above includes the currently known trinkets and their associated Boons from the available information. Some entries have detailed lore attached to them, while others currently only have their Boon listed.
As you collect more trinkets, I recommend trying different Boon combinations rather than sticking to the first setup that works. A good trinket paired with the right weapon and abilities can make a noticeable difference in how your build plays.
