1. The Mermaid
This is the first and easiest achievement to obtain, and you can unlock it almost as soon as you start the game.
How to Get It:
- After arriving at the island, you’ll hear a loud foghorn. Ignore it for now.
- Instead, open your map (press TAB) and look for the area called “The Threes”.
- Head toward this location. You’ll find some wooden burial markers.
- Turn to your right, and you should spot a small, unnamed rock island offshore.
- Carefully walk toward it—the water is shallow in that direction, and you won’t drown.
- Once you reach the rock island, interact with the statue there to unlock the achievement.
This one is all about curiosity and early exploration, so take your time and enjoy the view.
2. The Dead Wings
This achievement can be a bit glitchy. Some players have reported that it unlocks automatically during early exploration, even without direct interaction. However, here’s how to properly trigger it:
How to Get It:
- Again, ignore the foghorn and make your way to the radio shack.
- Inside the shack, on the desk next to the radio, you’ll find a letter.
- Interact with this letter to trigger the achievement.

3. He is Coming
This one is only available during the True Ending of the game, which occurs when you choose the “Escape” option.
