Hunting down every Cucina Stellata key locations fragment is the only way to reveal the hidden achievements and unlock the secret cutscene. There are six key parts scattered around, starting right before you serve your first dish at the buffet.

Every secret achievement in the game ties directly to keys you track down along your journey. You’ll find every single key piece location listed right below.
Keep in mind that simply picking them up isn’t enough to unlock the achievements and that secret cutscene: you have to actually insert each key into its lock and read every letter. Don’t quit out mid-run either, because hitting “Continue” resets all your collected keys back to zero.
All secret achievements revolve around keys hidden throughout your playthrough. To get the cutscene and your achievements, make sure you actually insert every key into its matching lock and take the time to read each letter.
Heads up: if you exit to the menu and hit “Continue” later, all key progress resets, meaning you will have to grab them all over again in that run.
Key Locations
You’ll need to hunt down 6 key parts in total:
1. You can snag the very first piece inside the buffet before you even start prepping the first dish.
2. The second, third, and fourth parts all open up while you’re cooking the second dish, right when you unlock basement access.
3. Head down into the basement and click on the loose brick a few times to uncover the third piece hidden behind it.
4. Look closely at the basement staircase; the fourth piece is sitting right on the steps.
5. While you’re working on the third dish, move the bread out of the way to grab the fifth piece hiding right behind it.
6. For the sixth and final piece, keep an eye out while cooking the fourth dish. A spider crawls out of the buffet; just tap on it repeatedly until you get the part.
The Finale
Once you’ve wrapped up all these steps, you’ll earn three achievements for reading the letters. Stick around after the credits roll for a secret scene along with your final achievement.
