If you’re aiming to unlock every achievement in Laira Cut Me Open, it’s surprisingly easy to miss something during your first playthrough. Some achievements require making very specific choices, while others are tied to intentionally failing or exploring areas that don’t seem important at first.
This walkthrough follows the game’s chapters in order and points out when an achievement becomes available, so you won’t have to replay entire sections just because one small interaction was skipped. It also avoids unnecessary detours and focuses only on the actions needed to complete the story and collect every achievement mentioned.
Let’s get started.
Chapter 1 Walkthrough
As soon as the chapter begins, walk to the left side of the room.
Interact with the following objects before leaving:
- Mirror
- Nightstand
- Nameplate
- Teddy Bear
Once you’ve examined everything, leave through the exit on the right.
Back On Your Feet
Simply leave the ward after completing the opening room.
Talk to all three people you meet, then continue into the lounge.
Click on your character and choose Yes when prompted.
To Hell With Your Friend!
When you’re given the opportunity, cut the teddy bear the same way you would cut a stuffed roast chicken.
After that, walk left without pressing Space. Allow yourself to slip on the water instead of avoiding it.
Second Chance is a Privilege
This achievement is earned by getting caught while escaping from the nurses.
Replay the escape sequence, but this time press Space and S whenever needed to dodge the obstacles and successfully outrun the nurses.
She’s Weak?
Escape from the nurses without being caught.
Once you’ve escaped, interact with the vent and crawl to the right until you drop into Vivian’s room.
Fast To Survive
Continue through the vent to complete the escape sequence and unlock the achievement.
Chapter 2 Walkthrough
Walk left and sit down.
To stand back up, repeatedly press W.
After getting up, head right and enter the Espaceship interactive section.
Continue to the elevator and travel to the second floor.
At the first desk on the right side, pick up the photograph.
Choose Yes when prompted.
Speak with both the employee wearing the red shirt and the employee wearing the yellow shirt to receive a coin.
Return to the first floor using the elevator.
Walk left until you reach the vending machine.
Drag the coin onto the vending machine.
Press E five times.
Act Like An Animal
Kick the vending machine five times to unlock the achievement.
Go back to the second floor.
Walk to the CODE department and speak with everyone there.
Doing so allows you to become invisible.
Now head back to the first floor and enter the LOCKER room on the left.
Take the keys from the guard.
Treat Me Like Air
Successfully steal the locker keys while invisible.
Use the keys to unlock the middle locker.
Inside you’ll find Bill Goldwin’s Employee Card.
Take it before leaving.
Ride the elevator to the third floor.
Walk left and enter the PET room.
Click on the cat.
Hatred Lullaby
Interact with the cat to earn this achievement.
Leave the PET room and continue to Bill Goldwin’s office.
Use the photograph on the facial scanner.
Then use Bill Goldwin’s Employee Card on the keypad beside the door.
Thief of Fortune
Enter the finance office successfully.
Inside the office, interact with the safe.
Enter any five incorrect codes and confirm each attempt with V.
Eventually you’ll be arrested.
Life is a Game
Purposely fail the safe puzzle by entering five incorrect combinations.
This completes everything required for Chapter 2.
