Hi guys, welcome to Once Human Water Pump Guide. In this game Pipes can only move the following: Purified, Boiled, Dirty., Polluted & Sea Water. It cannot transport anything else and Each facility can have a max of 10 connections, including Water Pumps.
Water flow obeys gravity, but pipes are purely cosmetic once they are connected, and completely disregard physics.
This means that water flow is entirely based on the elevation of the facility. • Pipes have infinite range within your territory. A single Water Pump is all you need to move water to the max height.
The Water Bucket and the Water Pump have 2 separate pipe accesses. The connection is based on the camera position when connecting the pipe.
The water bucket’s pipe connection will affect water flow due to the different elevations.
The Water Pump, once powered, simply reverses gravity for all pipes it is connected to. The side you attach the pipe to doesn’t matter at all and as mentioned, you can connect 10 pipes to it with no problem.

Pipes have a directional indicator to show you where the water is flowing in Build Mode. Press “L” (Default key) in Build Mode if you can’t see them.
For the sake of simplicity, I will be referring to the 10W Water Pump as the ‘Extractor’. Devs, please change the name.

\Water Pipes do not require power to operate – they work based entirely on gravity, or to put it simply, from higher to lower. If both are the exact same height, the game will take into account how you connected them.
Water Flow updates in real-time. Be very careful when making adjustments. • The Water Pump, when powered, reverses gravity for all pipes connected. Ensure your Extractors are placed at a lower elevation than the pump, or the product will be pushed back into the extractor.

Water pipes are entirely cosmetic once connected – They mainly serve as an indicator to let you know how the water flows. The only exception to this is the Water Bucket.
The Water Bucket has 2 water outlets that you can connect pipes to. They are at different elevations, which the game takes into account.
They are treated as separate connections, meaning you can have a Water Bucket act as both a distributor and collector for a water purifier. The connection is based on the camera angle when connecting the pipe.
