Scouring every rooftop and alley for collectibles gets tricky fast, especially when tracking down elusive Tidy Up the Town secrets.
You need access to the central town districts, including the fish market, jeweler, and baker areas, before you can grab them all.
Tidy Up the Town Secrets and Jenkins Locations Guide
Climb the first visible ladder you spot, then head over to scale the ladder at the fish market to start sweeping up hidden items.
Jenkins Locations

Head up the ladder to grab your very first Jenkins.

Climb up the ladder right by the fish market to track down the second one.

Look just to the right of the fish market; you will spot this one tucked inside a lantern case.

Check the right stoop alongside the big staircase to pick this up.

Pop into the house directly behind the Jeweler. You will find it resting right on the bed.

Head over to the small garden to the right of the baker. It is sitting out on the bench.

Wander behind the apothecary and you will see it resting on top of some wooden crates.

Once you finish tidying up the blacksmith, grab the prison cage key that spawns in. Use it on the cage just to the left of the fishmonger to set this one free.
Secret Locations

Right to the left of the fishmonger, keep an eye out for a trapdoor on the ground. Head down into the cellar, clean the place up, and you will walk away with a secret spell.
Walk past the apothecary and you will run into a fireworks cart. You will earn these simply by tidying up around town.
Want to help the cats hanging out behind the blacksmith? Finish tidying up the tailor first, then chat with her to grab a warm blanket. Bring it back to the cats and you will unlock a new feline friend.
To win over the dog, finish up everything at the butcher shop first. Talk to the butcher afterwards to get a pork trotter, feed it to the pup, and you will have a loyal best buddy for life.
Keep your eyes peeled around street-level furniture too; check the lantern case beside the fish market and peek into the small garden bench near the baker to snatch up the rest.
