Kingdom Transfer is a time-limited event in Kingshot where players can move their accounts from one kingdom to another. Whether you’re chasing activity, escaping dead servers, or aligning with your alliance mates, this event is the only official way to migrate.
The first Kingdom Transfer event began on September 14, 2025, and it’s expected to return every 30 to 45 days.
Kingshot Kingdom Transfer Event Guide (September 2025)
How Kingdoms Are Categorized
When the event goes live, kingdoms are divided into two types:
Leading Kingdoms
These are the high-power servers. The classification is based on the combined transfer score of the top 100 active players. These kingdoms are marked with a “Leading” tag in the transfer list.
Limit: Only 30 players can transfer in.
Ordinary Kingdoms
These are the remaining kingdoms. They can take in more players and even allow stronger accounts through a special invite system.
Limit: 55 transfers + 3 special invites = 58 total.
Transfer Score is the total sum of the individual transfer scores of the top 100 players in a kingdom.
Who Can Transfer? – Conditions & Rules
To be eligible, you must meet all of the following:
Power Cap: Your power must be below the limit set by the destination kingdom.
Town Center Level: You must meet the minimum level requirement, which varies based on how old the target kingdom is. (In the first transfer event, the minimum was level 25.)
Battle-Free: You cannot be engaged in any ongoing combat.
Alliance-Free: You must leave your alliance before you can initiate a transfer.
No Leadership Role: You cannot be the current King or Transfer Manager.
Transfer Cooldown: You must wait at least 25 days between transfers.
Character Limit: You cannot already have four characters in the destination kingdom.
Transfer Passes: You need enough passes to move. The cost varies by your power and the target kingdom’s classification.
-
- Free-to-play users generally need between 1 and 10 passes.
- High-power users may require up to 50.
Lastly, both kingdoms must belong to the same generation and have access to similar features (such as certain buildings, units, or event systems).
Event Timeline – 3 Distinct Phases
The event spans a full week and is broken into three structured parts:
Phase 1: Pre-Transfer (Sunday–Tuesday)
This phase is all about preparation and matchmaking.
- The Kingdom’s King or Transfer Manager can adjust the incoming transfer power cap.
- If a kingdom has no current king, the previous one from the last Kingdom of Power event will temporarily handle it.
- Transfer Chat opens globally, letting players connect, scout active kingdoms, and discuss potential moves.
- No transfers happen in this phase—it’s purely for planning.
Use this time wisely to research and communicate with active, compatible kingdoms.
Phase 2: Invitational Transfers (Wednesday–Thursday)
Now the transfer system opens up, but only for those with invitations.
Invitation Limits:
Kingdom Type | Standard Invites | Special Invites |
---|---|---|
Leading | 20 | Not allowed |
Ordinary | 35 | 3 |
- Special Invites let powerful players bypass the power cap and are only available to Ordinary Kingdoms.
- Once all 3 special invites are used, the kingdom will regenerate 1 special invite each month (on the 1st at 00:00 UTC), up to a max of 3.
Note:
- Transfer Managers can send out unlimited invites, but once the invite limit is hit, any unused invites will expire.
- You still need enough Transfer Passes to accept the move.
If you’re looking for a specific kingdom, this is your best window to lock in your spot.
Phase 3: Open Transfer (Friday–Saturday)
This is the final phase. Transfers become available to everyone—no invite needed.
Kingdom Type | Slots Available |
---|---|
Leading | 10 |
Ordinary | 20 |
It’s first come, first served, and competition is fierce.
Be ready to act right at 00:00 UTC on Friday if you want to secure your spot.
What Changes After You Transfer?
Changing kingdoms isn’t just a location swap. Several game systems are affected immediately.

Arcane Trove | Same condition as above. Progress transfers only if the event is active in both kingdoms. |
Mystic Divination | Same as above. |

The Kingdom Transfer Event is a powerful tool to reset your momentum, reunite with allies, or find a more competitive (or chill) environment. But it comes with limitations, costs, and consequences—so make your decision carefully.
If you need help deciding where to go or how many passes you’ll need, start by asking in the global Transfer Chat early. Be visible, be prepared, and be fast when the time comes.
