With the release of Patch 560, Semaphore Station has been introduced as a new system that adds a strategic layer to ship enhancement in Sea of Conquest. At first glance, it might seem overwhelming — flags, blessings, orders, hero assignments — but this Sea of Conquest Semaphore Station Guide breaks it all down so you can make smart decisions, boost your fleet efficiently, and avoid wasting resources.
Sea of Conquest Semaphore Station Guide
The Semaphore Station is essentially a system where you equip Orders (visualized as flags) onto your ships. These Orders act like gear or modules that boost specific ship types with unique stat bonuses and active skills.
Each Order is tied to a specific ship class and damage type, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all system. You’ll need to choose carefully based on your lineup and heroes.
How Orders Work
There are eight unique Orders in total. Each one enhances a different type of damage or supports a specific ship role.
Example:
Hunt Order: Boosts Cutthroat damage, but can only be equipped on Warhammer or Black Wraith.
You can’t apply the same Order to both ships simultaneously — this means double Cutthroat lineups may lose effectiveness post-patch.
Dominance Order: Designed for your Flagship, enhancing Basic Damage. You can equip it on other ships, but then your Flagship misses out on the boost.
To equip an Order:
- Go to the ship part slot (plus icon).
- Select the Order to attach.
- Or access Semaphore Station via the Develop tab.
How to Unlock Orders
To unlock Orders or upgrade them, you’ll need Order Blueprints.
Where to Get Blueprints:
- Use Hymn Conches in the limited blueprint draw system
- Every 80 draws guarantees either:
- A full Order banner
- Or 50 blueprints
You can then:
- Use Blueprints to unlock new Orders
- Or promote existing ones (increase stars and quality)
Order Promotion and Quality Levels
Orders begin at Green quality and can be promoted through higher tiers:
- Star Levels: Orders start at 1 star and go up to 6
- After 6 stars, the color quality increases:
- Green → Blue → Purple → Orange
Each promotion boosts base stats like:
- Armor
- Damage
- Impact
Blessings – The Stat Boost System
Each Order also provides Blessing Attributes, which are randomized stat bonuses.
Blessing Rarity Tiers:
- Grey (lowest)
- Green
- Blue
- Purple
- Orange (highest)
Each time you enhance a blessing:
- 1–3 attributes are improved
- Lower-quality blessings are more likely to get boosted
- As you enhance, a progress bar fills
- Once full, it upgrades to the next quality tier
Blessings cost:
- Coins
- Blessing Materials (also from blueprint draws)
To review your current blessing stats, go to the Semaphore Station summary page.
Order Skills – Assigning Heroes Matters
Every Order also comes with a unique skill. These skills only activate when you assign three heroes to the Order.
Example:
- Hunt Order skill: Bloodthirsty Blades
- Deals extra Cutthroat damage whenever the ship activates a skill
Skill Quality Depends On:
- The lowest quality hero assigned
- If you assign 2 Legendary + 1 Epic, the skill is Epic
- Only 3 Legendary SP heroes can unlock Legendary SP skills
Skill Level Depends On:
- The lowest star level among the three heroes
If your heroes are Fung (3 stars), Hank (5 stars), and Jia (6 stars), the skill will be level 3, not 5 or 6.
Free Tip for Spending Players
Blueprint draws and blessings can get expensive quickly. Note that digital taxes vary by region. For example, a $100 pack can cost up to $127 in the UK.
Tools like Lootify (mentioned in the video) may help you reduce that cost if you’re buying often.
The Semaphore Station adds a lot of depth to Sea of Conquest — both in terms of fleet building and resource investment. It rewards players who build around strong synergy, and punishes teams that just throw together whatever’s highest level.
If you’re running meta ships like Warhammer or Black Wraith, be mindful of your Orders — and don’t rely on running both with the same boost. Focus on crafting one maxed-out Order at a time, and optimize your heroes to match.
This system will likely continue to evolve in future patches, so having a strong understanding now puts you ahead of the curve.
