How to Start the Berry Picking Task
To kick things off, you’ll need to talk to the Moss Druid, a key NPC located in the upper-right area of the Mosshome region in Bone Bottom. He’ll offer you the Berry Picking wish, a simple yet important side task. You can accept it before or after collecting the Mossberries — he’ll still reward you once you’ve turned them in.
All Mossberry Locations (Total: 4)
There are four Mossberries scattered throughout Moss Grotto and Bone Bottom. Some are out in the open, while others require creative movement or combat tricks to reach.
Mossberry #1 – Southwest Moss Grotto
Location: Head to the southwest corner of Moss Grotto.
How to Get It: Navigate up using the platforms and reach the upper right side of the room. The Mossberry is tucked into a ledge up high, so keep climbing!
Mossberry #2 – Platform Bounce Puzzle
Location: Found while progressing upward through Moss Grotto.
How to Get It: You can’t grab this one by jumping alone. Instead, look for a wandering bug enemy nearby. Time your downward strike to bounce off its back and launch yourself up to the berry.
Mossberry #3 – Hidden Wall Near the Druid
Location: Just a short walk from the Moss Druid’s lab.
How to Get It: Exit the lab and drop down one level. Look to the right for a suspicious wall — push through to reveal a hidden passage. Inside, you’ll face a green-glowing bug. Defeat it to claim your Mossberry.
Mossberry #4 – Bone Bottom Shortcut
Location: Go to the far west side of Bone Bottom, near the chapel shortcut lift.
How to Get It: Below the platform by the lift, there’s another bug with a glowing mouth. Take it down to earn the final Mossberry.
Berry Picking Reward
Once you’ve handed in all the Mossberries to the Moss Druid, you’ll receive the Druid’s Eye Crest.
What It Does:
Effect: Whenever Hornet takes damage, you’ll drop a green elixir.
Benefit: Picking up this elixir generates Silk, giving you a chance to recover more quickly or use Silk-based abilities sooner.
It’s a great early-game defensive crest, especially if you’re struggling with sustain or frequently trading hits in combat.
