House Flipper 2 Scooby-Doo DLC Story Mode Puzzle Guide

The Scooby-Doo DLC in House Flipper 2 adds six themed story missions filled with hidden clues, classic mystery puzzles, and multi-step escape routes. Each chapter features its own investigation trail, keys, codes, and environmental hints that lead you to the next breakthrough. This House Flipper 2 Scooby-Doo DLC Story Mode Puzzle Guide provides a clean walkthrough for all puzzle solutions and clue locations across every story map, arranged in the order you’ll encounter them.

Return to My Childhood Home

The mystery begins at the family house, where the first clues are tucked behind a few playful secrets.

1. Find the Hidden Entrance
Head to the back of the property where two doors sit side by side. Choose the right-hand door with the fishing supplies. Inside, pull the book on the shelf to reveal a sliding bookcase.

2. Retrieve the Code and Unlock the Safe
Pick up the sticky note labeled 1996. Take it upstairs to the bedroom and enter the code on the safe keypad inside the closet. You’ll find a key inside.

3. Access the Attic
Inspect the hallway ceiling upstairs to locate the attic ladder. Use the key to unlock and pull it down. Climb up and investigate the source of the noise.

Fishy Ghost at a Fish Festival

Footprints, knocked-over props, and snack-related mischief guide your investigation around the festival grounds.

1. Trace the Scene
Start behind the stage and follow the trail through the open bathroom window and broken fencing. Plenty of distractions appear along the way, but the objective item is located elsewhere.

2. Locate the Evidence
Head to the fish & chips stand near the festival entrance. You’ll find a camera and a blurry photo, the key items for this chapter.

(There is a panel box in the security office, though its function currently appears inactive.)

Can’t Even Eat a Sandwich in Peace!

A messy trail of paw prints leads you through the diner and into the late-night snack chaos.

1. Follow the Paw Prints
Move through the diner, into the kitchen, and past the comedic chalk outline of Scooby and Shaggy on the wall.

2. Collect the Evidence Bag
The tracks lead out to the dumpster area at the back. The item you’re after is the bag sitting near the trash zone.

Trouble at the Fisheries Museum

This mission unfolds through a series of locked doors and keys scattered across the museum.

1. Secure the First Key
At the front counter, grab the Blue Key by the register. It opens the Souvenir Shop entrance.

2. Back Door Access
Inside the shop, collect the White Key, which unlocks the store’s back door.

3. Retrieve the Clue
There’s diving gear around, including air tanks, but your clue is not in the equipment. Check the bushes behind the shop to find the required item.

Case Solved – Reed Family Mansion

A full mystery-house investigation packed with secret passages, key shapes, and a branching underground layout.

The kitchen hides a secret passage. From the staircase inside, you may travel in three directions:

• Left Path
Leads to the crypt exit and holds the White Round Key in a key box.

• Right Path
Leads toward the dungeon grate by the bins. Collect the White Heart Key here.

• Center Path
Reaches the main cellar and contains the Purple Triangle Key in a key box. The clue item is a document on the cellar floor.

From the cellar, there’s a hidden route back into the library. Search for a key to open the exit.
The bookcase with the misleading sticky note can also be opened, leading up to the attic and then the roof.

Key Summary (for the Mansion):

  • Bins Dungeon Grate Door – White Heart Key
  • Library Door – Red Triangle Key
  • Library Passage – Purple Triangle Key
  • Closet Door – Red Square Key
  • Crypt – White Round Key

This Is When Things Get Really Spooky!

This final map is the most puzzle-dense, featuring layered codes, color-based logic, and hidden switches.

Ground Floor
A locked Gift Shop door marks your eventual exit.

Second Floor Clues

  • Red evidence tag: 4 (in a safe)
  • Purple Sticky Note: 9
  • White evidence tag: 7
  • Yellow evidence tag: 2

In the nearby closet, collect the Purple Round Key, which opens the Second Floor Door. A Green Sticky Note (1) is tucked behind a nearby flower pot.

Duck Puzzle Code (Third Floor): 4142
The pink “4” originates from graffiti on the porch earlier in the mission.

Fourth Floor Attic Access
Pick up the Yellow Heart Key from the window sill to unlock the attic door, then head downstairs.

Light Puzzle Code: 5120

Find sticky notes behind a grate showing “?1?0” and switches hidden behind a brick wall.

The missing numbers rely on color mixing using the light box:

  • Red + Blue = Green → forms a 5
  • Red + Yellow = Orange → forms a 2

Pink Triangle Key

Located in the crypt, on a hook visible from the Crypt Door it unlocks.

Flower Puzzle Code: 1234

Above the Gift Shop, colored flowers are arranged: White, Blue, Pink, Yellow.
Match these to the tombstone flower colors:

  • White = I
  • Blue = II
  • Pink = III
  • Yellow = IV

Solve the puzzle to unlock the Gift Shop. Inside, near the Scooby Snacks, you’ll find a Green Round Key and a postcard.

Extra Hidden Route
Look past the front wall to spot a garden area with an attic door. There is a track-based hidden door that leads to that attic entrance.

(Final Map):

  • Gift Shop (1) – Puzzle
  • Gift Shop (2) – Green Round Key
  • Second Floor Door – Purple Round Key
  • Duck Door – Puzzle
  • Fourth Floor Attic – Yellow Heart Key
  • Light Door – Puzzle
  • Crypt Gate – Pink Triangle Key

A business card for Tom Morino appears in every location. The cat statue can open and is a stash spot for the Ruby of the Nile.

You can customize the Investigator Badge with your own image and remember: in true Scooby-Doo fashion, suspicious real estate agents are rarely innocent.
