If you’ve just started Legend of Elements, take a deep breath before you dive in. The game throws a lot at you early on — currencies, dungeons, summons, events — and it’s very easy to burn your best resources too soon. After a few days of trial, error, and a lot of note-taking, here’s what I wish I had known from the start.
Legend of Elements Beginner Guide Wiki
1. Don’t Summon Right Away — Timing Is Everything
One of the biggest early mistakes I made was rushing into summons the moment I unlocked them. Don’t do that.
Before you summon anything, check your Event Calendar (found in the Dungeons tab under “Preview”). There’s usually a Summoning Event or Skill Mastery Rush coming up in your first week. Waiting for those events can earn you extra rewards, shards, and crafting gems for the same amount of summons.
If your server just launched, you’ll typically want to save your resources until Day 3 — that’s when the first reward event usually drops. Always plan around these events instead of spending blindly.
2. Gear Crafting – Start Early, Don’t Let It Pile Up
Gear crafting feels like something you can ignore for a bit. Big mistake.
The materials pile up fast, and if you ignore them too long, you’ll end up wasting hours feeding your blacksmith later. Leveling him up not only reduces your chance of rolling weak gear but also unlocks higher gear levels and better drop rates.
Pro tip: just hold down the upgrade button to feed materials continuously — it saves time.
3. Save Your Skill Summons for “Skill Mastery Rush”
Every Friday, there’s a Skill Mastery Rush event where skill summons give bonus rewards. You’ll get titles, mount tokens, and other valuable materials for doing something you’d normally do anyway.
If you can’t resist summoning early, do a small batch of 50 summons just to unlock your first Lord Artifact chest, then hold the rest until the event begins. Think of it as getting a head start without wasting the good stuff.
4. Choosing Your Class Wisely
Classes actually play very differently:
- Mage – Great for farming and AoE damage. Perfect early-game class.
- Warrior – Strong in PvP and scales very well later.
- Swordsman – Ideal for boss fights with its high burst damage.
You can reclass anytime under the Skills tab. The first reclass is free, so experiment early to find what fits your style.
5. Explore Hidden Content — Capital Quests & Shiva Remnant
After progressing through the main stages, you’ll unlock the Capital — it’s more than just a hub. There are hidden magic chests, side quests, and a daily quest board offering extra summons each week.
Then there’s Shiva Remnant, one of the most overlooked modes by new players. It’s basically a mini-roguelike:
- Run around, defeat mobs, collect coins, open chests.
- Recruit and promote temporary units during the run.
- Exit safely before dying to keep your rewards.
You get 300 Remnant Coins daily, and they build up slowly — so don’t skip this one.
6. DPS Dungeon – Test Your Power and Earn Rewards
Every day, make sure to do your DPS Dungeon run. It lasts only a minute and gives currency based on your total damage output. It’s great for measuring how effective your build really is, plus you can spend the currency in the attached shop for skill tomes and summons.
7. Make Use of the Shops — But Spend Smart
The game has multiple stores, and not all offers are worth the currency.
Here’s what you should prioritize daily:
- Ally Elixirs – Always buy them. You’ll need tons.
- Skill Tomes – Great value for strengthening key abilities.
- Crafting Gems & Soul Vines – Optional, but helpful mid-game.
Avoid overpriced summons unless they’re at the 100 currency per summon rate.
8. Join a Clan and Do Team Realms
Team Realms and Clan Trials give you rare resources like Ally Elixirs, Skill Manuals, and Crafting Gems. Even if you’re not a hardcore multiplayer fan, it’s worth joining a clan just for the daily contribution and team rewards.
9. Garden, Escort & Capital Activities
Around Main Quest 1-15, you’ll unlock the Garden — your personal resource hub. You can grow materials, level up your garden, and even visit friends’ gardens (and steal their harvests if you’re feeling bold).
Escorts and Capital Chests are more AFK-style activities that give consistent rewards over time. Keep them running whenever possible.
10. Don’t Rush — Plan Around Events
Almost everything in Legend of Elements connects to events and timing. Whether it’s skill summoning, upgrading gear, or spending resources, doing it during the right event can double or triple your rewards.
Before you spend anything major — check the event calendar. The players who plan ahead always pull ahead.
Legend of Elements rewards patience and smart management. It’s tempting to burn through resources for faster power early on, but if you hold back and plan around the event cycle, you’ll end up stronger, richer, and far ahead of most players by the end of your first week.
