Alright trooper… if you’re running through Ultimate Bug War like a normal soldier, you’re missing half the fun. This game hides some seriously weird (and actually useful) modifiers across missions—and once you start collecting them, the gameplay gets chaotic in the best way.
I’ll walk you through every known secret so far, but in a way that actually makes sense while you’re playing—not just “go left, go right” type stuff.
Training
This is literally the tutorial… and yeah, it already has secrets.
Secret #1 – Obstacle Course Crate
- Head to the right side of the obstacle course
- Look for a small nook with a crate
Reward:
- 1-Hit Death Modifier
Basically turns the game into hardcore mode. Fun… or painful.
Secret #2 – Tower Jump
- Go to the left side near the end of the obstacle course
- Climb/jump onto the tower
Reward:
- Low Gravity Modifier
Movement feels floaty—actually useful for dodging.
To Klendata
This mission starts testing whether you actually explore or just rush objectives.
Secret #1 – Hidden Cave
- After killing the first bugs → climb the hill
- Stick to the right edge of the map
- Find a cave and go inside
Reward:
- “More Meat” modifier (basically extra resource/loot style effect)
Secret #2 – Tunnel Mind Game
- In tunnels, you’ll find two paths with red flares
- At one of them → go the opposite direction of the flare
Reward:
- Fog Modifier
Changes visibility—can make fights intense.
Day Z
This map has one of the easiest achievements people still miss.
Secret #0 – Laser Rifle (Achievement)
- In the center of Sierra Outpost
- On top of a tower
Reward:
- Laser weapon + achievement (don’t skip this)
Secret #1 – Rooftop Jump Damage
- Near the pool area where you grab explosives
- Climb onto a small building roof
Reward:
- Jump Damage Modifier
Landing hits enemies—very fun for aggressive play.
Strike and War
Now the game starts trolling you with risky modifiers.
Secret #1 – Left of Power Plant
- Before entering, check the left side
Reward:
- Free-for-All Modifier
Everything turns chaotic—friendly fire vibes.
Secret #2 – Right Side Climb
- Go right of entrance
- Climb ladder → jump onto rock
Reward:
- No First Aid Kits
Yeah… you lose healing. Choose wisely.
Consequences
This mission has one of the coolest hidden mechanics.
Secret #1 – Stadium “Golden Door”
- Go to Gate C (right side)
- Kill the bug that breaks through
- Inside → find a golden door
- Walk into it
Reward:
- “Birthday Mode”
Confetti instead of blood… weirdly satisfying.
Wake Up the Hive
This one’s all about noticing small details.
Secret #1 – Zipline Route
- Near the Bridge marker, find a red flare + zipline
- Take it down
- Walk forward until you see another zipline above
- Follow it left into a ruined house
Reward:
- Hidden modifier (location-based—worth grabbing)
Return to R
