Stick It to the Stickman Achievements Guide (October 2026)

If you’re trying to unlock every achievement in Stick It to the Stickman, this guide will help you work through the full achievement list without having to figure out every requirement yourself. Most achievements are tied to story progression or specific challenges, but a few are much easier to miss.

In this guide, I’ll explain how to unlock each achievement, including the requirements for the rooftop bosses, career progression, special characters, night shifts, rating battles, and some of the more unusual challenges.

Stick It to the Stickman Achievements Guide (October 2026)

The guide is based on the current version and the community information provided by the original achievement guide. Some achievements may become easier or change slightly as the game receives updates, so keep that in mind if you’re playing a future version.

You Can’t Fire Me, I’m Leaving Myself

Requirement: Defeat the rooftop boss for the first time.

This is one of the early progression achievements.

Simply continue playing through the game until you reach the rooftop boss and defeat it for the first time.

Entering the Stock Exchange

Requirement: Defeat the boss for the second time.

After you’ve beaten the rooftop boss once, continue progressing until you can fight the boss again.

Defeat it for the second time to unlock this achievement.

Learn to Drive

Requirement: Reach the required level shown on the Stock Exchange and complete the training.

Continue climbing through the Stock Exchange until the required level becomes available.

Once you reach it, complete the associated training to unlock the achievement.

Oriented

Requirement: Reach the required Stock Exchange level and play in the Fulfillment Center.

Progress through the Stock Exchange until the Fulfillment Center becomes available.

Once you’ve unlocked it, simply play a run there to get the achievement.

Climb the Career Ladder

Requirement: Climb 100 stairs.

This one is straightforward.

Keep climbing stairs throughout your runs until you’ve accumulated 100 stairs.

You don’t need to complete any special challenge for this achievement.

We Only Go Out at Night

Requirement: Play a Night Shift for any character.

First, continue climbing through the Stock Exchange until the required level for the Night Shift becomes available.

Once Night Shift is unlocked, start one with any character.

You don’t need to use a specific character for this achievement.

Fighting With Hands Behind Your Back

Requirement: Unlock Rating Battles.

Continue progressing through the Stock Exchange until you reach the required level.

You’ll then need to complete the associated training.

After finishing the training, Rating Battles will become available.

Play through the required progression to unlock the achievement.

Unfired

Requirement: Put out a burning enemy using the Task Dodger’s Fire Extinguisher.

This achievement is connected to the Task Dodger character.

First, upgrade the Paper Airplane to its maximum level.

Doing this will give you access to the Fire Extinguisher.

You then need to use the Fire Extinguisher to put out a burning enemy or colleague.

Easier Method for Unfired

This achievement can be easier with a friend.

If your friend has an attack that can set enemies on fire, have them ignite an enemy and then use the Fire Extinguisher to put the fire out.

You can also complete the achievement in Cage Fights.

In that mode, you can use a cigar to create a burning enemy and then extinguish the fire with the Fire Extinguisher.

Disabled

Requirement: Refuse work repeatedly at the beginning of the game until you die.

This achievement is very simple but easy to overlook.

At the very beginning of the game, repeatedly refuse the available work.

Keep doing this instead of accepting the work until your character eventually dies.

Once the required sequence is completed, the achievement will unlock.

Fists of Dismissal

Requirement: Defeat the boss with a 100-hit streak using only your hands.

This is one of the trickier achievements because you need to maintain a 100-hit streak.

The counter resets if you attack with something other than your hands.

Easiest Method

The easiest way to attempt this is on a new save.

Use the Weeb character and upgrade Karate Punch as much as possible.

Your goal is to land 100 hits with your hands without using another attack or weapon that would reset the counter.

Once you’ve maintained the 100-hit streak and defeated the boss, the achievement should unlock.

This is one of the achievements where preparation makes a huge difference, so don’t worry if it takes several attempts.

Red Regicide

Requirement: Complete a Night Shift and destroy the required red statues and marked Stickmen.

First, unlock the Night Shift and complete it once.

After doing this, five cardboard red statues will appear around the city.

Find and destroy all five statues.

Once you’ve destroyed them, you’ll receive a phone marker.

A voice message will then tell you to eliminate the Stickmen wearing hats.

These targets will have markers above them, making them relatively easy to locate.

Defeat the marked Stickmen to complete the achievement.

Color Profiling

Requirement: Involve the police and progress through the Auto Repair Shop.

The first step is to get the police involved.

One of the easiest ways to do this is to take the police car and kill a police officer.

Once you’ve triggered the police response, proceed through the Auto Repair Shop.

The original guide does not provide the complete final sequence beyond this point, so this achievement may require additional interactions depending on the current version of the game.

Most of the achievements in Stick It to the Stickman are tied to simply progressing through the game’s different systems, so you don’t need to worry about everything from the beginning.

The achievements that require more attention are Unfired, Fists of Dismissal, and Red Regicide, since they involve specific characters, abilities, streaks, or events that aren’t necessarily obvious during a normal run.

For Fists of Dismissal, I recommend using the Weeb and upgrading Karate Punch before attempting the 100-hit streak. For Unfired, having a friend who can apply a burning effect can make the process much easier.

The achievement list and requirements can change as the game is updated, so if you’re playing a newer version, keep an eye out for changes to the available characters, modes, and progression systems.
