If you have just started exploring Swordhaven, you might notice strange shrines, statues, and idols scattered around the world. These are not decoration. They are part of one of the game’s most rewarding hidden systems — Blessings.
Blessings permanently improve your character with passive bonuses like extra damage, luck, health, and merchant gold. They also unlock the Communion Achievement, making them a must-do for anyone who wants to build a strong character early.
Here is exactly where to find every blessing, what it gives you, and how to activate it.
SWORDHAVEN Iron Conspiracy Guide – Blessings Tips
Darrain’s Blessing
Location
Clamreach – Lonely Shore Sacred Cave Idol
You will find a quiet cave along the lonely shore in Clamreach. Inside is a small idol that looks like it belongs to an old sea deity.
Blessing Effect
Increases your fishing luck.
How to Unlock It
Catch any fish and drop it directly in front of the altar. As soon as the fish touches the ground near the idol, the blessing activates automatically.
This is one of the easiest blessings to grab early and is worth doing before you start serious fishing runs.
Omre’s Blessing
Location
Grainhold – Roadside Shrine
This shrine sits right along the main road outside Grainhold, so most players walk past it without realizing it hides a permanent economy upgrade.
Blessing Effect
Merchants carry 10% more gold, letting you sell more loot before they run out of money.
How to Unlock It
You need an Ancient Coin. These can be found in town early or looted later — one reliable early coin is in Lady Korynne’s house.
Once you have a coin, interact with the shrine and offer it. The blessing triggers instantly.
If you plan on selling gear, crafting materials, or weapons regularly, this blessing saves you tons of time and extra trips.
Ugyn’s Blessing
Location
Secluded Valley – Idol
Hidden away in the Secluded Valley is an idol dedicated to Ugyn, the god of crafting and forged weapons.
Blessing Effects
+50 weapon mod uses
+1 damage to all crafted weapons
How to Unlock It
You must fully equip crafted gear:
• Crafted Cuirass
• Crafted Weapon
• Crafted Jacket
• Crafted Helmet
Once all four are equipped, interact with the idol and choose to pray.
This blessing turns crafted weapons into legitimate end-game gear and is one of the most important power upgrades in the game.
Flower God’s Blessing
Location
Horsefish Anchorage – Broken Statue
Look for a broken statue near the water at Horsefish Anchorage.
Blessing Effect
+1 permanent Luck
How to Unlock It
Collect four different flowers (they must all be unique). Drop all four at the base of the statue.
Once the fourth flower is placed, the blessing activates.
This is an easy permanent luck boost that helps with drops, crafting results, and hidden checks.
Pork Lad’s Blessing
Location
Mezyk Manor (must be furnished)
This one is both hilarious and powerful.
Blessing Effects
+1 Endurance
+3% Damage Threshold
+18 Health
How to Unlock It
Inside Mezyk Manor, you will find a display stand. You must place 30 Pork Lads on that stand.
Yes, thirty.
Once all 30 are placed, the blessing activates and your character gains a massive survivability boost.
It takes some time to collect, but it is absolutely worth it — especially for melee or tank-style builds.
Blessings are permanent, free power. They stack, they never expire, and they dramatically improve your character’s performance in combat, crafting, and trading.
Unlocking all five not only makes the early game easier — it also sets you up for smoother mid and late-game progression while earning the Communion achievement.
If you want Swordhaven to feel less punishing and more rewarding, these blessings should be at the top of your to-do list.
