The Adventures of Sir Kicksalot Achievement Guide

Getting all the achievements in The Adventures of Sir Kicksalot is honestly much easier than it first looks, but several of them are pretty weird and not very obvious. A few achievements expect you to experiment with objects, spells, or enemy interactions in ways the game never directly explains.

Some can be unlocked naturally during a normal playthrough, while others almost feel like secret jokes hidden by the developers. This guide explains every achievement from the provided information in a much clearer and beginner-friendly way.

Speedrun Achievement

For this achievement, you need to unlock the Mind Control ability first.

Once you have it, head to the final level and use Mind Control on the princess. After taking control of her, simply walk or jump her off the edge of the map.

That immediately triggers the achievement.

This is one of those achievements that sounds much more complicated than it actually is. The hardest part is simply unlocking Mind Control beforehand.

Fishing Minigame Achievement

This achievement is surprisingly random if you do not already know the setup.

First, go back to the first level and grab the baguette located inside your house.

After that:

  1. Find a bomb
  2. Throw the bomb into the water
  3. Throw the baguette into the water
  4. Use a lightning bolt attack on the water

Doing all of this correctly unlocks the Fishing Minigame achievement.

Honestly, this feels less like normal fishing and more like Sir Kicksalot accidentally committing magical seafood warfare, but it works.

Pacifist, Improviser, and Ghost Achievements

These achievements are often grouped together because they can all be completed during the same run.

The original guide specifically recommends using another Steam guide called:

“Improviser + Pacifist + Ghost Speedrun Guide” by Flight.

That guide apparently explains the setup much better and shows how to unlock all four related achievements in under a minute.

The important thing to know is that you do not actually need to speedrun them. You can still unlock the achievements normally by carefully avoiding unnecessary combat and using improvised methods during the level.

These achievements mostly test creativity and stealth rather than combat skill.

Gravity Achievement

For the Gravity achievement, go to Level 9.

You need to find the tower containing the anvil. Once you reach it, pick up the anvil and throw it onto a goblin below.

That is all you need to do.

The original guide jokingly summarizes this achievement with “watch the trailer,” probably because the moment appears there as well.

It’s Me, Mario Achievement

This achievement works almost exactly how you would expect from the name.

First, weaken an enemy until they are nearly dead without fully killing them. After lowering their health enough, jump directly on top of them.

If done correctly, the stomp finishes the enemy and unlocks the achievement.

The tricky part is balancing the enemy’s HP carefully because killing them too early with normal attacks prevents the achievement from triggering.

Most achievements in The Adventures of Sir Kicksalot are less about difficulty and more about experimenting with the game’s systems. A lot of them feel intentionally goofy, which honestly matches the overall tone of the game pretty well.

If you are struggling with certain achievements, try interacting with objects, enemies, and spells in unusual ways because the game rewards creativity much more than straightforward combat.
